Absolutely terrible service! I placed an order and waited 2 hours for the pizza. I called the first time and was told pizza was... out for delivery. The second time I called 20 minutes later, was told the pizza was delivered to the wrong address and I wouldhave to place a new order without any credit or free pizza. Canceled order and will never order from this place again! Read more
One of my favorite pizza places. Always good. 5 stars.
Went with a friend had pizza and couple beers. Small quiet but needed lots of attention. Beer selection was minimal bathrooms... were a mess no paper towels to dry hands after washing and soap was laying on the sink not put in dispenser. Our pizza was goodtho!! Came to our table hot and was good! For dine in service they really need management to step in and step up to up thestandards for costumers! Read more
Always loved the Cassano's taste. By far my favorite for many years since I was kid. I usually go to the E. Main street... location in Springfield and the last few times its been really good. You can't beat the taste of Cassano's. Read more
