Used to work here this place is crawling with roaches and if your allergic to anything then check your meals . Staff to lazy to... do their job . Manager acted like my kid being allergic to tomato was not a big deal . Then the manager began to get mouthy withme . When telling him anaphalxia is a real thing and kills ppl every day. Always rude anytime come to this location, ordered a whopper with cheese and asked for extra cheese expecting just an extra... piece of cheese and they literally put 8 pieces of cheese on my sandwich, I clearly tell them what I want everytime slowly sothat even if your hard of hearing or just stupid my order is hopefully right. When I first had an impossible from Burger Kings I thought it was the best thing for us non-meat-eaters, but I keep running into... the same problem from different locations in Ohio they keep giving me real meat. This is not the first or second time thishappened to me, and all they do is offer a free meal. I'm thinking maybe the impossible wasn't a good idea I will never buyanother one again and they can keep their free meal I'm seeking legal advice this time. Read more
As with over 90% of Burger King's in general, it's hit or miss. There's really nothing wrong with that. Most fast food... restaurants have pretty much the same expectations. The last time we visited this location we got raw french fries. We were inthe area again, so we decided to give them a second chance. I'm addicted to the Impossible whopper (which I highly recommend),so that's what I got again. It was delicious. The employees were nice, even funny because they were teasing each other as we dosometimes to pass time in the workplace. We decided to eat inside because the place was empty, and we are still practicingsocial distancing. Ugh Our fries were good this time, and we enjoyed being out of the heat. I would definitely go hereagain. Just check those fries to be sure they're fresh and fully cooked. ???? Read more
As a vegan, I can't remember the last time I set foot inside of a Burger King. However, I was incredibly pleased with my visit... today and plan to eat here regularly now that they have the Impossible Whopper. The staff was very friendly, the facililty wasclean, the Impossible Whopper was amazing, and the Coke Freestyle machine was delicious and fun. Read more
Ordered on 11/29/2022 around 1 am. I understand that the food will have less quality than usual at this time at any fast food... place but I expect the whopper patties on my Bacon King to not be charred so black that the taste of burnt beef overpowers theentire sandwich.
