I ordered breadsticks and alfredo sauce, yet I was the last one to get my food after more than 20 minutes. The workers sat 7 of... us at a table, then came over after we were looking at the menu to tell us we were put at the wrong table and needed to move.One person ordered a steak and did not receive an actual steak. My wife and and I stopped here during our vacation just for drinks before we headed back to our hotel. The service was awesome... and so were the drinks! We had the Blue Hawaiian and Top Shelf L.I.T and we were not disappointed. I finished off with a nicetall glass of Octoberfest brew, which was also very good. Read more

Checked in to get a table was told it would be a 15 minute wait. Somehow lost all the reservations 45 minutes went by never did... get a table. Finally after 1 hour waiting we got a table. Ordered our food FINALLY after being there for an hour and a half.Some of the employees was really rude and the food turned out not to be that good. We will never return to this place. Went for lunch today at the Springfield bechtle Ave/first street location. There were 2 water leaks occurring from the ceiling.... One by the front door and one in front of a corner booth. Both were dripping onto the floor, the lady in front of us waiting tobe seated had it actually drip on her. No one was doing anything about the leaks, and just lettung it drip onto the floor andpeople. The ceiling has chipped and cracked paint with big flakes dropping down onto the floor. We get seated in the bar,husband orders a water, and says no lemon when she asked. She still brought him water with lemons in it. He then ordered a steakmedium well with fries and garlicky green beans. They bring him a very well done steak, mashed potatoes, and garlicky greenbeans. The waitress (who was the bartender) brought the manager over, who literally acted shocked that he was just done with itall. He didn't eat any of it, didn't want a remake, just wanted it taken off the bill. We were there for over an hour, theentire time a table next to us had the last party's food and dishes still on it the whole time, covered in flies. It was such abad experience to the point we will not be back. It's sad to see it in the shape it's in. Read more
We went there a couple of weeks ago. The service was great. Our server (Aleisha?) was so sweet. The food was hot and... delicious. We were happy with our visit that day. The worst experience by far was that SOMEONE (an employee) decided to put asong on the jukebox that THEY thought was cool. A few of the employees thought it was just the best and most dynamic songever. It was a horrible mixture of country and "rap". That whole concept is ridiculous, and that song was one of the worstmusical experiences of my life. After that ordeal, they changed the music to some nice classic rock. This was a much moreacceptable (and less nauseating) choice. We will definitely go back. We just hope we aren't subjected to that insult to humanears again. Read more
Got take out appetizers from Applebee's. I have to say it was disappointing this time. Got the double crunch wings with sauce on... the side. They were not crunchy one bit. The sauce had a good flavor. Got the tomato soup. Pretty good flavor. They forgot oursalad. Lucky we caught it before we left so we called and they ran one out to us in the parking lot. The salad was good overallbut lacking croutons. The nachos were ok. Pretty salty. Overall I would give them one more chance. Read more
I love Applebee's food!!!! BUT, yup there's the proverbial BUT...their service down right sucks!!!! Sorry ladies (and gentlemen)... but you let us sit there until I had to get up and ask for a waiter! Like I said, I love the food and yup, we went thru theterrible service to get the best bourbon street chicken!!! For real, get some help!!!! Read more
