I went through the drive thru as I typically do after finishing my shopping for my company's business materials at Home Depot.... I'm in love with the pretzel bacon pub burger and ordered two of the combos this particular day. Upon arriving home with mymeal, I discovered that while my boyfriend's meal was perfectly correct, mine was all wrong. Rather than the meal I paid$12/combo for, I was given a processed chicken patty sandwich and a half empty serving of fries. Frustrated, I called thelocation and the manager I spoke to was already aware of the mistake and offered to send me coupons for my next visit in themail....not a refund of my money or anything crazy like that. So, I took what I could get with the coupon offer and fed my dogthe "chicken" patty they had given me in place of a much bigger, more expensive, and wayyyy better quality sandwich. I gave themanager my name and address and she assured me she would personally see to it that my coupons went in the mail that very night.It has now been 2 weeks since said visit and not one stitch of a coupon has hit my mailbox. This wendys is always busy, but they ways seem to move the line so quickly! Staff is super friendly and the food quality is ways... great here. Glad there is still decent fast food places out there. Read more

Well run restaurant! Yes, the drive through line is sometimes long, but the wait never is, because they are like a well-oiled... machine...the food is always freshly cooked and yummy! The order is never wrong, or anything missing from your order, and thestaff are always friendly! Read more

I recently visited this location and tried to buy 2 value meals. I was buying one for myself and 1 for a homeless man. After I... questioned the charges on the receipt, the employee began getting short and rude with me. As she went to get the Manager to fixmy order as she had charged me way to much, she told the Manager I was homeless. The Manager refunded my money and asked me toleave. People should be aware of this type of treatment, I will never go into another Wendy's again!! Be kind people!!! Read more
I understand getting my order wrong is likely at places like this but repetitively by the same Incoherent employee bagging the... wrong food constantly is sad; as I watch her look at the screen and food back-and-forth 30+ times (while two cars in thedrive-through)trying to understand what goes in the bag; she handed it to me missing half the food and then gets real mad at methat I let her know.
