Let me just start with the coffee, you can always tell an experience on the coffee, which was rich and flavorful. A very smooth... drink to start off the day, not bitter or old, it was freshly made. I ordered the 3 car pile up, which oh my... It is somethingat first that looks quite intimidating and you wonder if you made the right choice, yet as I took bites of it I was so impressedwith how delicious it was. Yes there was left overs and I'm so glad that I had some so I could enjoy it later. My dad got theBigger Breakfast and the pancakes truly are plate sized and their batter is so good, something grandma would make from when youwere a kid. I don't say this lightly however I feel that this is my new favorite breakfast place. The staff was great, ourwaitress was friendly and attentive to our table, she also wasn't afraid to laugh and talk a little bit here and there. Which Iknow is a different experience for everyone. Large portions, easily over 1,000 calories each plate. I recommend sharing plates.
It was just ok. I tried the Florentino Eggs Benedict. Really small eggs and not a lot of hollandaise sauce. The flavor was... ok. The home fried potatoes were cool to cold. About an average experience for here. Definitely not as many potatoes as Iused to get here. Read more
Good food + Good service + Bad corporate policy. My nephew ordered a platter and wanted no gravy on it but it came out with... gravy and they said sorry we are not allowed to modify the dish in any way. Read more
It was ok. I had to use a napkin and get the grease off my egg before eating. The hash browns were super super crispy. Biscuit... was big and yummy. Biscuits and gravy didn?t have much flavor. Coffee is gross! Service is good. Read more

Some outdoor and plenty of indoor seating, with tables and booths. The biscuits are in fact big, and pretty good, but the size... is more a novelty. The smoked ham and cheese omelet was smaller, the breakfast potatoes are lightly deep fried, butsurprisingly delicious. I'd go back, but for the money there are several places I like better. Great service. Fantastic chicken fried steak, omelets, biscuits and gravy. This is my go to breakfast place in Springfield.
