They went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary restrictions and were very kind about it. Very friendly staff. Pricey food,... but was definitely made with love, care and quality and was super worth it. Absolutely hands down the best food I've had inSpringfield. The flavors were far beyond my expectation. My wife and I would recommend especially the grape leaves and all ofthe meat. Would highly highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys good, real Mediterranean food. Read more

After reading some encouraging reviews, we tried That Lebanese Place on a Saturday around 12:30. Sadly, we were disappointed. We... had hummus and pita as an appetizer which lacked seasoning and was extremely oily. Then, we tried the beef/lamb and chickenshawarma plates with rice. Both our plates were less than warm and again lacked flavor. It appeared that three sibling teenswere running the restaurant when we visited and was confirmed by our hostess. The young lady who served us was very sweet, whichwas the best part of our visit. We will not be returning. Read more

Wow, found this place via Google search. I do a fair amount of traveling and always try to eat someplace I have never been. But... after being at this place I think every time I'm in Springfield I would have to do it again. There are still many menu itemsthat I did not get to try because I was full with the others that I tried. The owner is awesomely friendly, explains the itemsvery well. Cafeteria style. Belly up to the counter he will explain to you what he has on the menu and you start pointing and hestarts delivering takes the food to your table for you. And the tea I had asked for ice he told me I probably would not want theice because you lose the flavor because of the dilution of the melted water so I drank it hot upon his recommendation and manwas he right what flavor!! I will be going back because I did not get to try any of the kabobs and they looked delicious. Iwould strongly recommend that if you're into trying new things that you try this place out. It is a amazingly good. Read more

The food was an experience. Every bite was full of flavor. We went hungry and left full. 2 of us got the couple's sharable and... it was a bit of everything, not a bad bite in the bunch. Very friendly people running it, and great for dietary restrictions. Read more

The owner of this establishment was very kind and inviting. The items I sampled were healthy options and I enjoyed their lightly... seasoned approach to their vegan entrees. The falafel sandwich (pictured) was the most delicious of my samplings. The restaurantitself is a little warn down but the family atmosphere and overall cost was well worth the trip. Thank you! One of my go to places for fresh, no preservatives meal or appetizers. Great for vegans and non-vegans , and vegetarians. ... Wonderful menu. New items being added in the coming weeks. My new favorite is the Award Winning, Lebanese Nachos. You can'tgo wrong with the mixed grill kabobs. Or ask for the dinner for 2 or 4 that is not on the menu and have an evening withfriends, and try a little bit of everything. The owner is amazing and takes pride in his family recipes. He educates you aboutthe cuisine. Truly wants honest feedback. Read more
