I came to this establishment 2 hours before closing time. I waited for several minutes for someone to come out and take my... order. No one ever showed up. The door was open, the lights were on, the food was out, but the register as well as the rest ofthe establishment appeared to be 100% unattended. Same experience tonight with the girl with the lip tattoos. Very rude. Slammed my sandwich under the cover of one of the... condiment trays, then walked to the back. Never acknowledged us, and very rudely asked what we wanted on our sandwiches. Yes, wewalked and bought elsewhere. This is our 3rd ridiculous experience with this same employee. She's horrible. There is anotheryoung lady that works there that is awesome, we love her and tip her accordingly. It's now to the point where we stay or leavedepending on who comes out from the back. So we walked in at around 9:45 granted it was close to the closing time, and the employee working was a shorter female with dark... hair and a pair of lips tattooed on the side of her neck, just for a description. As we walked in the employee just looked atus and gave us a dirty look and did not acknowledge us at all said absolutely nothing to us lean nothing to us. I said Hey howare you doing and she said nothing back, so we walk to the end to order, she still has not acknowledged us at this point,continues to count the drawer for the end of the shift. We stand there for about 5min, and she finally decides to be done withthe drawer, walks by let's out a sigh like we're an inconvenience to her and just walked to the back. As a fellow businessowner if any of my employees ever treated my customers like that they would definitely not have a job any longer. If this is alocally owned franchise, I would be embarrassed to have my employees treating customers like that. I can't say I will bereturning to this Subway anytime soon and honestly thinking about giving corporate a call to see what they say. Very hit and miss with this store. It's by my house so I go there a few times a month. If you order online it is never right and... always sloppy. Depending on who is working when you go in to order it could be a good experience. Read more
Cam here to pick up an order. It was the night of 2/5. Guy working the counter was less than friendly. Had the nametag of... "Daddy" which is less than professional. Didn't fully wrap the wrapping all the way for my sandwich. Just a bad vibe leavinghere. Read more
Today this short girl manager being strict on two new trainees and I felt so bad for them! I wanted to give them tips and tell... them to hang in their but I was scared I'd make the manager mad. I feel like she took her impatience and anger out on them. Asif anything going wrong was their fault. She even got snappy when one suggested to refill one of the veggies. She said nothere's no need! Last time I checked they have always struggled being prepped properly at this store! How I wanted to tip thetrainees for behaving and hanging in their! But the manager seemed annoyed today and I decided not to avoid any issues- since wehave witnessed a scene with this manager and customers before. Read more
