Incredible meal! You will have a hard time deciding what to get because everything sounds good. I got the special of the day... which was the blackened alligator tail with shrimp scampi and it did not disappoint. The chef is top notch. The service was alsooutstanding as my drink never got below half empty. This has to be one of the best restaurants you will find. Do not pass upthis restaurant! One of the best meals I've ever had. One of the best experiences I've had in a long time. Melissa was our waitress and she was... amazing. What a nice place. I don't hand-out five stars for just any place, only to those special places that check all the boxes. Before... I get into the specifics know that they are located just west of plaza drive in the strip mall. Now on with the review. We weregreeted promptly at the door. Our server was quick to take and deliver our drink order. And they kept the tea glasses fullthroughout the meal. I always appreciate that. The salad I ordered was well prepared and oh so tasty. This place was amazing. Fist time here as we were just passing though. The restaurant itself is in a strip mall and kind of... small on the outside, but don?t let that fool you. The food was some of the best I?ve had. The mac and cheese, simple dish butthis one had so much flavor and was very creamy. The chicken was great with tons of flavor and the perfect amount of crispy. TheKevin Costner? WOW. I?ve never had anything like this dish? I ate all of it and almost ordered another one to go it was thatgood. Chef did and amazing job. This place is on fire. The food and atmosphere are a perfect date night. The food is soooo... good. This is the second time here... and I ordered the same thing. Split Social Kitchen is one of the most unique dining experiences I?ve had while traveling. Their restaurant is small, literally... almost a hole in the wall. The staff was friendly and timely and we were seated quickly. The menu was very expansive andoriginal, with totally unique menu experiences. I was there around St. Patrick?s day, so I ordered their special which was aReuben sandwich with French fries and gravy with cheese curds. Their drinks were also well made and original. I had theirversion of an old fashioned and a manhattan, both drinks were excellent. I try not to hand out five star ratings for every goodrestaurant, but this place perfectly balanced menu originality/quality, price, location, experience, and staffing. I could notrecommend a better place to eat while you?re in Springfield. Read more
10/10 recommend to everyone! Outstanding service and mouthwatering food! Ordered The Diva without any meat and it was amazing.... Everyone in my group of 8 was so satisfied.
