They forgot about my order and left me sitting in the drive thru while they served other customer, brought out the ice cream... melted, and then forgot part of the order and made me wait even longer to get it. Terrible service, will not return again. Read more

My experience was terrible. I asked for my drink with no ice. This threw everything off. I waited for 20 minutes when... I finally checked on my order. The server brought it out immediately. It had been sitting there the whole time. It wasall cold. I asked for it to be remade. She brought it back out very quickly. Nothing was new. The onion rings hadbeen recooked. Not new onion rings. They recooked the same ones and no new burgers. I gave up and left because itwasn't worth the battle. Read more

Went this last Sunday morning and was shocked to find out that no changes are being made for subpar employees! I've already made... complaints about this manager before, but on Sunday I was cut off from my order being taken twice! By the female managerworking! The carhop confirmed what happened when he brought out my order, and quite frankly it's the last straw. As long as thatmanager is going to continue being allowed to roll her eyes at customers and cut them off, I don't think I'll be able to keepdining here. Or the next time I go, I'm going to ask what days that manager has off so I know when i can come and get actualservice! Read more
