I go to this sonic often, because they are the only sonic that seems to know how to properly cook a grilled cheese... Then this... happens, I ordered a few grilled cheeses and then they arrived the cheese was not melted at all and still in it's slice form, Icould see the two slices of cheese (usually it's melted and gooey) so I asked if they could remake them. The guy was super niceand said sure no problem we will make sure it's melted, and of course they are not toasted this was the only one that was halftoasted. It's literally bread with melted cheese on it. Is definitely an odd texture in the mouth never have I eaten a "grilled"cheese that wasn't grilled. It was super soft and gross. Not to mention the girl who brought us the remade sandwiches had ahorrible attitude and I ended up just leaving and not eating. Read more
I went to this location since the other location was too busy on a Sunday. I ordered the Grilled Cheeseburger that they kept... advertising. When I got the food, I found a regular cheeseburger in the bag. So, I went back to the Drive Thru line to tellthem. The manager said they were out of Texas Toast. She asked if I would like a refund, and I said "I'll take some French Friesinstead." So, they made up for the hassle with some soggy fries after they had me pull forward and wait 5 more minutes. I went to this location today and just going for a small snack and a drink. I get there and we start ordering. I ordered cheese... bites but they were out and I understand, what I don?t understand why I waited 30 minutes for a shake, slush and 4 pc mozzarellasticks. Every car around us that got there before us left. Our delivery guy was nice and apologetic about the wait. I wasn?t asupset until we looked at our food and the mozzarella sticks we?re luke warm and our slush was partially melted. I was verydissatisfied. Read more
The general manager is horrible at this location. Harasses employees on their day off, after he takes time off. And even fought... a guest on the clock because he disagreed with an opinion that wasn?t his. Would rather lose good help then back off. It reallyshows how well you can run a company by the way you treat your people. Would 10/10 not recommend. Read more
I love using the Sonic App and ordering the 1/2 price drinks anytime of the day. I love the Cranberry limeade and strawberry... Limeade then I order their onion rings sometimes. For eating snack their pretzels with cheese sauce is good. Then sometimes Iget to craving one of their snicker ice cream cones. Read more
I usually don?t complain about this location but what is this? I ordered a large barbecue chicken bowl. Seven dollars, plus a... tip. It?s like they ran out of barbecue sauce and instead of telling us just put a few drops on the chicken? Very disappointed???? Read more
I had a supersonic double cheeseburger with no pickles, a large cherry vanilla dr pepper and a large tator tot. Yummy and it was... fast service. Glad I ate here and the staff was friendly. Though pushing the button as it makes a loud noise almost made me hitmy head on my roof of the car. It could use just a small beep or something less loud. Preferably no sound but other than that Igive the service and food 5 stars. Read more
I posted a so-so review of this Sonic a few months back, and the management was quick to respond and apologize. Since then there... have been improvements, and this location may be on the way to being really good again. Thank you. Read more
