Sorry - I truly am - but for the money we just paid I am NOT impressed. Very bland - absolutely no flavor whatsoever in either... the shrimp creole or the red beans and rice (which I was really looking forward to). Oysters were dry, shrimp was *eh* ... andas I mentioned there was NO seasoning. Such a shame. Read more

Reading the other reviews, I'm seeing a common theme. Food is great, staff sucks. I agree. I was reminded of why it had been... so long since I had eaten here... When you act upset that you have to get off your rear to come take my order, you probablyshouldn't be in the food service business. Only reason its not a 1 star review is because the food is actually really good. Now if they could match their staffing to that.... Read more

First visit and not impressed. $18 for literally 4 pieces of very dry and hard to chew steak tips and 5 shrimp. The dish was... mostly noodles and the gentleman that took our order was far from welcoming. Maybe it was an off day, but we wont be back. Read more

I?m feeling generous today, so two stars it is. Food is authentic Cajun recipe, and actually quite good. So you ask: ?Why... only two stars?? One huge obstacle to get past. . . . . . The staff! They are beyond rude and crude, they areadversarial. Please understand this is not a typical restaurant in any way. It is a dilapidated trailer, parked on a gravelparking lot, that you walk up to the window, place your order, and when delivered is handed to you in a plastic bag through thesmall window. Although unfriendly and unaccommodating, tips are expected. No, let me take that back, tips are demanded. Godonly help you if you don?t tip them for their rude demeanor, as they will let you know. So, it boils down to how badly to youwant authentic Cajun food? Good Luck! (You will need it). Read more

We've been coming here for several years, and it's always delicious! I am completely hooked on the shrimp and catfish basket.... Aways crispy and perfectly cooked. Fresh not frozen... Did I mention fresh not frozen,? They drive to New Orleans and get allthe seafood fresh, and you can really taste the difference! They make their own tartar and red sauces. The beans and rice thatcome with it are tasty and wonderful. My son says the Boudin is the best he's ever had All in all an amazing place.Don't missthis one! Read more

Poboys are great. They have some picnic tables if you want to eat there. Plenty of options on the menu so will definitely go... back to try them. Read more

Excellent little place for authentic Cajun food. This is a cash only place as it is a very small operation ran out of a trailer.... Food portions are excellent especially for the price you pay. Customer service could have been better. They were not rude, butnot friendly either. According to the signs posted it appears that they do different food related events, like whole pig roastsand such that you can buy tickets to attend. Definitely a neat little gem that should be checked out if you have a craving forCajun or seafood. Read more
