I loved the food and the employees were very nice to my family and I. Took time to make my kids smile and took very good care of... us. Drinks were never empty and food made it to the table in good time. Only complaint was the restroom looked like it hadn'tbeen cleaned and you had to make sure u didn't have toilet paper stuck to your shoe as it was left all over the floor. Read more

I used to love eating here but after tonight doubt I will go back. I had the brisket sandwich with fries. The sandwich was... alot smaller than used to be. There were 3 small slices of meat on the sandwich which cost 11.99. The fries were crunchy whichwas weird. The waitress was not attentive. Had to wait to check out and ended up having someone go find our waitress so wecould pay. Left hungry Read more
Disappointed, The food was good, portions fair. No beer except lite. Despite an ad on the table touting a full bodied bock for... $3. it was listed in the menu at $4.99 but was told they didn't have any. Not to mention plastic fork & knife, spent $50 for 2people not really a classy place, service was spotty. Read more
We decided to eat here instead of Buckingham's because we didn't feel like driving back to the south side of town. Bad... decision! We were extremely disappointed with our food. The portions we received didn't match the price! The Corn on the cob wastasteless and mushy. It was disgusting. threw both of them away! The pickle was missing. The brisket was dry and there wasn'tmuch. Definitely not enough for the $2 upcharge. The hot link and okra were the only decent items. That was $30 wasted! Won'teat here again! Food was good. But just like I figured. Order was t completely right. I was told I?d have to be issued a credit for what wasn?t... there. When I said that wasn?t acceptable and they?d have to have DoorDash bring me what was missing they told me that wasn?tsomething they did. Either you have customer service or you don?t. The restaurant is out of turkey and potatoes. Most of their combos offer turkey breast as part of their combos. When I asked if... I could have something else in place of the turkey breast which they are out of the answer is no, no substitutions. I asked ifthere is a discount, since they are out of the meat and the answer is no. I can see why they have no business. Also, they said?they ran out of fries? and gave me exactly 12 fries and laughed.
