But the last several times I have been to this location the drive thru is really slow and they have been out of... several items, which I realize may not be entirely their fault and they may also be understaffed. We were in the drive up, 1 car ahead of us. The person taking the order sounded put out with our order. 8pc chicken and red... beans and rice. We requested 1/2 spicy 1/2 classic. The answer was a rude yeah. Upon picking up the food and getting home thewhole order was spicy. The girl working the drive up acted very put off by working the window. My family's first time eating at a Popeyes, and it was excellent!! Staff was delightful, charming, and the food was delicious.... We didn't wait long at all, and the lobby was very clean. We were still eating leftovers later at the hotel and they were justas good cold. The sweet tea was soooo good! Read more
It took 20 minutes to get my order last night which turned out to be incorrect last night when we got home. I had to wait at the... window for an additional 10 minutes because the lady couldn't figure out that we still needed our drinks. I then had to tell her4 different times what we ordered to drink. This place is a joke. I'm not sure where management is but they need to step up andget this place in shape. Great food if your able to get what you actually ordered. Service is poor at best. The person who took our order was extremely friendly, unfortunately that's the only thing that was nice about the place. The... restaurant lobby was disgusting. None of the tables were clean. I had to ask for a towel to clean our table off but the cashiercame out and wiped it down. The floor had food all over it and that just the beginning. This was at 11am so my guess is thestore was left that way from the night before. We received our food but didn't receive any napkins so I went to the counter toask for some. They said they ran out and were handing out paper towels from their dispenser above the sink where the employeeswash their hands. As I was waiting for the paper towels I noticed 3 buns sitting out on a counter that did not appear to beclean. A young lady came by to pick them up and put them in a warmer but she only had one glove on and picked up some of thebuns with her ungloved hand. Okay.. No one handling food had gloves on. I don't work in fast food so I am not saying theyshould be, but the way I saw some of the food being handled they probably should. Again I am no expert. Waited in the drive through for well over 35 minutes before even ordering. Was told they were short staffed even though there... were 2 workers in the back hosing things down and chatting.... finally got my food and it was cold. Unreal honestly. Will neverbe back to this location. Read more
I ordered a 4-piece combo all dark meat. They gave me 2 wings, 1 drumstick, and 1 breast. This is the 2nd time they did this to... my order. They were not busy. They did not say they didn't have all dark meat. Either of those messages would have lead me toonly order a 2-piece meal and be perfectly happy. Read more
I would not recommend! The chicken was dried out, not fresh at all. They have NO heat inside! It was freezing cold. I went... to my car and got my winter coat and a heavy blanket to make it more bearable. Totally ridiculous for a restaurant not to haveheat. Will never go back to this location! Read more
