We were in the drive up, 1 car ahead of us. The person taking the order sounded put out with our order. 8pc chicken and red... beans and rice. We requested 1/2 spicy 1/2 classic. My family's first time eating at a Popeyes, and it was excellent!! Staff was delightful, charming, and the food was delicious.... We didn't wait long at all, and the lobby was very clean. We were still eating leftovers later at the hotel and they were justas good cold. The sweet tea was soooo good! Read more
It took 20 minutes to get my order last night which turned out to be incorrect last night when we got home. I had to wait at the... window for an additional 10 minutes because the lady couldn't figure out that we still needed our drinks. I then had to tell her4 different times what we ordered to drink. This place is a joke. I'm not sure where management is but they need to step up andget this place in shape. Great food if your able to get what you actually ordered. Service is poor at best. I would not recommend! The chicken was dried out, not fresh at all. They have NO heat inside! It was freezing cold.
