Not a great experience, food wasnt great overall and most employees do as little as possible. However, one employee was... impressive. I will talk about him at the end. My wife was excited to see they offered a blackened chicken sandwich. We love theblackened tenders so we had high hopes for the sandwich. We used the app to order our food and then went in, sat down and waitedto dine in. And we waited behind a gentlemen that had already ordered. Then we waited as several others behind us walked in andplaced orders. Was asked what we were waiting on and was told it would be a few minutes. And we waited as more people came inand ordered and a few people walked out during this time as well. After roughly 20 minutes we got our 2 chicken sandwiches, 2mac and cheese, and drink (which had been sitting out already made for at least 10 minutes). Our blackened chicken sandwich wasover cooked, bun was hard/not eatable and put together sloppy (pic below). As for my chicken sandwich it was not hot at all andthe mac and cheese was pretty good. Overall, we were not impressed with our food. Luckily, since we do use the app we were ableto get one sandwich for free. Now the only reason I didn't give a 1, because a zero isn't possible, is because of the manager.Granted a manager cant do everything but he was doing as much as he could. I didn't catch his name but pretty sure I heardsomeone say his name was Kevin. He was getting turkeys ready, answering questions, taking orders, putting orders together,telling others what to do next and so on. Went inside during busy drive through time. I had long 15 to 20 min wait inside because food selling quickly. Ordered 10 piece... bundle. Waited for half & half chicken to be cooked and got it fresh. Drove 15 minutes to home. Temperature just right. Hot andgood. Never get enough sides. So good I always want more. Read more

I absolutely love Popeye's. The shrimp by the pound is so good. And the fried chicken dinner with biscuit and potatoes and gravy... is excellent. Every time I stop here I am pleased. They are a bit slow but the staff is nice and helpful. And it's definitelyworth waiting for. Read more

My wife and I came here to get some dinner. We had to wait for our chicken because we wanted spicy, which is 15 minute wait. The... food was good and the employees were nice but the restaurant was not very clean. Every table in the restaurant was dirtyincluding the floors. The bathrooms really need a good cleaning too. Don't know what the issue could of been because there wereplenty of employees. Hopefully they can get it back the way it was when it opened. Read more

I love their #11 popcorn shrimp meal. Their mashed potatoes and gravy and aged cheddar Mac and cheese are my favorite sides. ... Their biscuits are excellent and I recommend getting their honey packets to put on them. Ate there 3 times in one week...Oneevening I did order their #11 and got home and it was the 3 pieces of chicken meal by mistake. I would recommend checking yourorder depending who's taking your order. My boyfriend and me can get 2 meal choices that includes one side and biscuit for a$20 with a tiny bit of change left over. Wow. Just ordered online because there was a great 33% cash back offer on GoUpside. The man in the drive through did not speak... when spoken to, shut the window in my husband?s face when he said thank you. He asked them to put the receipt in the bag as weneeded it for the cash back offer (which amounts to about $10). Guess what. No receipt. And then I opened the ?family size? Macand cheese (that was an up charge, and the container was barely half full (see pic). Not enough for four people! Then I tried tocall them to see if they would text or email the receipt. I?ve called about ten times and they will not answer their phone. Sowe will just lose that ten bucks. The chicken tastes good and we were given plenty of sauces, but that doesn?t begin to make upfor the rudeness of the worker and complete absence of any customer service. Do not recommend! Read more

My family eats here somewhat often, but tonight on new years eve was the last straw. There was only two people working tonight,... and I understand that they were getting a little backed up. However, we wanted french fries and they claim there wasn't any,sometimes they say that there isn't anything all the time when it's in their store. But I'm not going to complain about that,what I will complain about is the chicken. We asked for mixed Spicy and Regular chicken. Instead, we got barley breaded allweird spicy chicken, my 3 year old brother cannot eat spicy food. The chicken was barley done, our biscuits were just aboutburnt, and the food just overall was horrible.
