I've eaten at Pasta Express many times now and I really like their Baked Mostaccioli and the Cappellini & Garlic on their secret... menu. I also enjoy their toasted ravioli but I'd be shocked if they aren't using Louisa brand frozen toasted ravioli. Theylook the same and the taste is spot-on between the two. Read more
Consistently high quality pasta, I always get the chicken parmesan, even their to go bowls are higher quality plastic containers... that keep the food hot. Never been disappointed with any of the locations I've visited in Springfield. Read more
The flavors are amazing.. no boring Alfredo here... The cream sauce was well balanced and made me wanting more
Ordered tortellini with side salad (Italian). Salad was ok, not much in it other than various lettuce. Tortellini was... lukewarm/looked like heated in microwave. Had to be because some parts hot/some parts cold. Nice staff, but not worth theprice. First time at one of these in the chain. Just meh. Pass. Read more
Ed and his crew do great work! The food is always top notch. They do great at catering too. We have a monthly meeting and they... always have great food hot and tasty at our space. Even with covid and having trouble with employees these guys continue tokeep the quality high. Read more

I had the most horrible experience at the Battlefield and Jefferson location. I waited in the drive thru window for at least 20... minutes. I was unable to get anyone's attention due to the white screen they have over the drive thru window. I honked my horna couple of times and still no one ever came back. I would have just left but they had already taken my money. So, I finallycalled the store to remind them that they still had someone in the drive thru waiting! When I finally did get my food thechicken was full of grissel and I couldn't eat it. I've been a patron of this place for years but I will not be back again! It's one thing to raise your prices, I understand everyone is having to do that these days. I don't mind paying more until thequality of the food goes down hill and the customer service hits rock bottom, then I mind. Read more
