We ordered a pizza, wings and garlic knots at 10/7/22 at 7pm. By 8:45 pm we still had no pizza. We called and they said it was... on the way. At 9:00pm still no pizza. We called back they said it was on the way. They showed up at 9:15. Everything was icecold!! We didn't accept delivery!! This is totally unacceptable!! Read more
Good pizza. I don't get it very often because the town I live in doesn't have one. I do like the tubs of garlic butter and... peppers with the pizza. You can also order an extra large pizza which you don't get that at some of the competition. PersonallyI think their pizza is better than most of the big name pizza joints. Read more
I walked in & ordered a pizza. Casey took my order, repeated everything back to me (perfectly) and watched my pizza process. ... She smiled a lot & kept me informed. Ordering online was simple and easy to use, as always, and I've never had any issue with a Papa John's before - but this may... actually be the worst fast food experience I've ever had with a pizza place. While the order was fast, it was not deliveredwith any inkling of care. The following acts were all watched on our Ring camera, because we have dogs and prefer them not bewoken when sleeping: The delivery driver could barely walk up the stairs, like she was drunk or on something, then, sheproceeded to take the pizza out of the box of vertically, dangle it, and then plop it onto the porch. When she was getting readyto leave, she decided to loiter in front of our driveway, doing something in her trunk, for several minutes beforeleaving. Upon opening the box, the entire pizza was squished and the toppings all shifted to one side. The crust on the pizzawas thinner than most printer paper. We decided to call them and report it to the manager. We explain to him the wholesituation, and even offered to send him the camera footage. He said that it was not necessary and that he believed us, and heexplained that when extra sauce is ordered on a pizza it tends to get soggy. I understand this, because I like to order extrasauce on most of my pizzas, however, there was no crust for the sauce to sit on to become soggy. The bottom crust was damn nearnon-existent. He apologized for the delivery driver and explained that she was new, but that's still no excuse to hold a pieceof vertically. He offered to send another Pizza and we requested that it be delivered by a different delivery driver. Read more
Spent $51.51 including $6.28 tip on pizza just to be disappointed and not receive items I was told was replaced with other... items. I got home and found out the garlic sauce they was out of and was suppose to be replaced by ranch was no where to befound. So I wasn?t reimbursed nor did I receive my product paid for. Don?t ever order extra toppings because you won?t get it. Iordered a one topping epic stuff crust with bacon and paid for extra bacon. I had hardly any bacon on my pizza. My other pizza,which, was the same, but with two toppings and half jalapeño. That pizza had hardly any meat on it. So I paid extra for thisand extra for that and did t receive any of it. I ordered a carryout pizza for a later pickup. I scheduled it for 5 knowing I had to run an errand anyway and I should be able... to get there just before 5 so I could take a hot pizza home (I live 15 minutes away). I got a notification at 4:36 that my pizzawas out of the oven, so I rushed out the door and by the time I got home (half an hour after it came out of the oven) the pizzawas barely room temperature. I've run pizza ovens before. There is no reason to make a scheduled order half an hour early. Read more
