Panera has a great selection of delicious freshly baked items. I opted for a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a... brioche bun, and it was very delicious. The store manager Chelsey, was helping the staff out and making sure the customers werewell taken care of. Read more
Just took 10 minutes to get a bagel through the drive through. One car ahead of me. The car in front of me got 2 hot drinks and... a small bag. If it?s going to take a really long time to prepare an order do like all the other fast food places and have theperson pull out of the line and take their order to their car. My Father and I came into this Panera on Battlefield for breakfast and were waiting in line to order. One look around the... establishment showed that there were few workers, a lacking selection of bagels and pastries and some of the worst customerservice I?ve experienced. While the customer in front of us was promptly attended to, we were left standing in line, while theemployee taking orders arrogantly offered no explanation and was deliberately ignoring us while going about her business. After20 minutes of not being attended to, we left the establishment to go elsewhere. If this type of discrimination continues at thisestablishment, they?re bound to lose more customers in the future. The food was great. But there was one employee named Jon that totally ruined the meal for me. He was extremely rude not only to... me but to his coworkers.
