We were visiting from out of town and staying nearby. We decided to check out Pa Chan's and I'm glad we did. We got the Pad Thai... and papaya salad. Both were tasty. The papaya salad was a little spicy for me, but my wife loved it. Also got a crab Rangoon,which was excellent. Would recommend. Read more
Best food cart we have experienced in Springfield MO. Clean food and very tasty. Better than most restaurants you go to around... here. We need more food carts. Cartopia?s are a thing!! People are very nice who run it as well. 10/10. Highly recommend atleast trying it once. Cheers! Read more

I?m so surprised to have finally found a Chinese place w good, freshly fried chicken! At any other place I?ve tried in town the... chicken is either hard from being left out under a heat lamp, or there?s weird chewy pieces inside or they?re huge chunks. It?sso hard to find a place that just has good, fresh fried chicken w no funny business but I found it! Finally! The sauces weregood and tasty. I saw in some other reviews people complained about the portions, it wasn?t huge portions but just enough for meand I also feel like the price reflects the size. I?d say if you eat a lot just order 2 dishes but at 6.95 a dish it?s still notbad for fresh food. The owner was really friendly and hospitable. I drive daily past Pa Chan's and decided the other day to stop and try it out. I'm so so glad that I did. Having never been... before I've taken the opportunity to try multiple things on the menu and I haven't had a bad one yet! Pa Chan's has some of myfavorite Crab Rangoons. Pa Chan?s: This is a great little food truck on west republic road that offers delicious Chinese food at a great price! I?ve... eaten here a few times and I?ve not been disappointed yet. He?s always happy and offers great service, gets the food made quickat a great price! The very first time I ate here I rolled in at 8:01 (I didn?t know they closed at 8) he had already locked upthe truck but as I was turning around to leave he flagged me down and said he?s open back up. We tried several items this evening: General Chicken, Papaya Salad,Pad Thai, Egg Drop Soup, Crab Rangoons & Egg Rolls. All were... very good, although for me too much fish sauce was put in the papaya salad. There were generous amounts for all dishes and wedidn't have to wait long to get our food.
