The food service is needs a lot of attention! The burger's are smashed the condiments on the burgers are oozing out the sides.... Half the time the orders are cold I take and spend more time on the drive-through than they do the walk-ins. Horrible customer service! Waited 10 minutes for someone to take our order and they kept looking at everyone in the lobby and... never came to help anyone. I would definitely give a zero star rating but it won?t let me. Walked out without ordering withother people as well. Also the bathrooms were Disgusting. Read more
I?m only giving 2 stars because the staff here is so amazing and sweet. I?ve never had a issue here until today. My boyfriend... had gotten me some fries since I had to work and had not eaten. As I started eating I discovered so much hair in them. I?mhighly disappointed that this was allowed to happen and hope this gets fixed and addressed. Read more
I was in a hurry, i had to wait for 7 minutes in the lobby line. The guy in the black shirt just made us wait while he did... fries and stuff. He saw us. I worked for mcdonalds and that is unacceptable behavior. Dont send people home if your going tobe short handed. Worst mcdonalds ive been to in a long time. Read more

Sitting here waiting 30+ minutes for my cheeseburger and drink, other people standing in line. One guy yells back " can we get... someone up here to take orders?" Guy named Andrew, tall, thin with pimple scars all over face came over and told the guy he'snot going to take orders and to use kiosk because he's busy.
