Drive through personnel and management was rude. Ended my order before my order was complete acted like they added to my order... when I got to the window but didnt, had to correct it twice. Got called rude for zero reason and when explaining to the managerwhat had really happened she called me a liar. Flies are not what I ordered! I always order a large iced vanilla coffee. It's my fav. I was half through my coffee when I had a... chunk sipped into my mouth. I was trying to play it cool (pregnant passenger in the car with me) I was hoping it was just alittle chunk of creamer, vanilla syrup, or machinery. Nope! No such luck. I got the chunk on the tip of my finger and see it's afly. ???????? I was still trying to act okay but I lost. Coffee went everywhere! Food was okay, but the drive through speed was slow. I don't think it was McDonald's fault, but when people come to the drive... through with multiple orders, the staff should tell them to come inside. Lady in front of me had 7 orders.???? Read more
The kiosks is not very user-friendly. To continue with order you have to choose "Add to my order" option. Well I didn't want... anything else so why would I choose that option? So I reached a dead end and couldn't finish my order. This type of stupid lackof understanding how people actually think is caused by a blind drive to always upsell the customer. It screams of a systemicflaw within cooperate mindset that is and will continue to disgust consumers. I will not use the kiosks until that is corrected.And by the way, no I don't want frys with that. This McDonald's is 2 blocks from me, so I frequently go here. I also pick up Uber eats here. While the store is always busy, the... staff does an excellent job of keeping the line moving. I recommend this store as they are also open 24 hours. Read more
In a time where all of the fast food staples seem to be declining in quality or making changes to fries and sides left and... right, this was a breath of fresh air. It's been over a year since I ate in at a McDonald's but my Big Mac and Fries we'reexactly as I remember them, and that's fine! Also have to commend the speed of this location as a bus pulled up and theytotally owned the situation without slowing down at all. Read more
