They worked in a timely manner and were very kind. The lines were long and they only seemed mildly irritated about it but did... not take it out on any customers. The food was hot and made correctly. Read more
They consistently get my order wrong. I order and it shows correctly on the screen but when I get to the pickup window they... just give me a sandwich with the works. It cannot be that hard to make a plain McDouble. Read more
I wouldn't give it a star if I could. The girl was extremely rude. Waited over 20 min in curbside. Had to go in and get... someone's attention. Service is awful!!! This is a consistent basis. Either no help or rude or order is messed up. Read more
Tables were not cleaned very well and food looked like it was all just thrown around. It's definitely at McDonald's and not a... fine dining restaurant. Staff was very nice. There were very busy but were not in bad moods and being Jenks because of it. Theytook time to be patient for my children while they changed their minds 3 times. If it wasn't so dirty and food wasn't all overthe bad I would rate it higher. Read more
Everyone has been helpful to us. However, a few weeks ago a middle class black family came in to order and no one came to the... front counter to wait on them! Is this McDonalds prejudice? They finally ordered using the order box and eventually got theirfood. They didn't stay and eat. I thought the staff was rude. Read more
