Stopped at this location when departing Springfield, MO. It was easy to get in and out of but it was late at the time so... customer traffic was probably the lowest it would be during the day. The store was clean and the one staff member that waspresent was friendly. They have everything that other gas stations have as far as food and drinks go and it's around a lot ofother businesses too if you need to stop somewhere else. Good fueling spot. Read more

Always a great place to Brandon and grab what you need. Wednesday Dollar Pizza days are my favorite they have the greatest Pizza... honestly it's hard to choose but I think between them and their competitor I won't say their name they are probably the best intown sorry other pizza restaurants. Bathrooms are always clean floors are always clean you don't see trash left people actuallyrespect their story enough that they pick up everything they see that's been last straw wrappers etc Great crew the only thingthat I wish is that if you pay it the pump it allows you to use your rewards for gas so keep that in mind and run inside and paybecause inside it'll take off your rewards. Also if you don't have a rewards card for Pete's sake get one it's incrediblesavings. Read more

Quite possibly the worst gas station and convenience store ever. They have single-handedly caused the demise of this... neighborhood in southwest Springfield. Staff is rude, they never have anything stocked, every time you walk in there?s productall over the floor. They allow homeless people to camp in the parking lot. Thus allowing all kinds of people we do not want inour neighborhood to be around here! Not surprised at all that they found a body behind this place in the golden pond. I driveall the way to the other side of town to go to the good Kum and go. Somebody please do something about this place! It isstraight garbage! Read more

The folks here are friendly and with the recent remodel the building is much nicer and there is additional staff so the service... is generally very good. There are also many fresh deli and snack items to choose from. Read more

INCREDIBLY dissatisfied with a certain supervisor named Ms. Gail. She was extremely rude to me whenever I went in to purchase... some fuel and a couple scratch off tickets. During the process of me trying to obtain and pay for my purchase, she was moreenthralled in carrying on a conversation with another employee rather than helping me check out. I politely requested a dollaramount of premium fuel, which was met with a response of a total. I paid, walked out to my car, went to pump, and there was atiny sticker on the premium fuel button on the pump that said "no premium". At that point, I pumped $3 worth of gasoline becauseI was running out of gas. I went back in the store to reclaim the remaining balance of what had already paid in cash, to be metwith a sarcastic, rude, disrespectful attitude on why I didn't know they didn't have premium fuel. She did informed me thatevery single come and go in the Springfield area did not have premium fuel... I proceeded to head to the next gas station. Justso happened the next one I came to, was a kum n go... miraculously they did have premium fuel. After obtaining the fuel that Ineeded, I decided that I would go back by the original store I had visited and go tell her that there are stores with premiumfuel and she shouldn't like to customers. Whenever I had informed her of that she laughed and said "are you really that madabout it?" with a very condescending tone of voice and chuckle. I informed her that I am not mad about it, but she doesn't needto be lying to customers, and misleading them. I called the corporate number I received and left a voicemail. Everyone that works here is very nice but a guy that I've never seen there before refused my 20 dollar bill because it had a... slight rip in it. The rip when up a little into the serial number. Nothing that a small piece of tape wouldn't fix. It's notlike a chunk of it was missing. I was buying gas and a coffee so luckily I had other money on me since he refused my 20 dollarbill . It was strange because in my 40 years alive I've never had someone turn down my money because of a slight rip that wasn'teven halfway through. I was kinda shocked . Read more

I go there at least three times a week and they all know me on sight now! Best service of all! I go out of my way a lot of times... just to go to this one! I typically go at night and they are all so sweet! They joke around with me and it definitely makes mefeel welcomed every time! I was just there tonight to get a Red Bull and the cashier was just joking around with me anddefinitely made my day 100x better! Read more

My husband and I are daily if not sometimes hourly customers ???? The staff is unbelievably friendly, efficient and always... projecting excellent customer service. Even the manager is sweet as can be. It's rare to find any friendliness in such a fastpaced business. They are graceful and charming.
