My daughters and I stopped in to buy some coffee and hot chocolate. There were two employees standing by the register talking... and the store was filthy. There were only a few small insulated cups left and every surface was sticky, with crumbs on them. Scam pricing in the drinks cooler! Advertised "2 for $3," but wouldn't honor it at the register. Clerk didn't dispute the... in-store advertised pricing. Just didn't care enough to try to make it right, and this was BEFORE ANY TRANSACTION. I wasntasking for money back or anything, I questioned the price as it rang up. If you hate dishonest businesses, avoid this store. Read more

A super nice gentleman at the checkout. There is a collection of drinks here that could be described as vast. A vast number of... drinks from which to choose. The restrooms were clean and the whole place looks new. Read more

Lady up front was rude from the moment I walked up, told her I needed to add cash to my current card and she kept on asking me... the same question after I had explained it 3 times, then proceeded to tell me she couldn?t do it even though I?ve done it atmultiple other locations. Get some employees with more than half a brain that actually care about their job. Read more

I worked five years at a convience store/gas station identical to KumnGo (specifically in the food prep and service area (subs,... pizzas, salads, etc) in a different state, so perhaps the policy/standards are different here, but, the food prep needs anoverhaul and team members need a few training sessions. I've witnessed, multiple times, team members not wearing hats orallowing their hair to flow freely without restraint, food prep people wearing gloves but touching door handles, handles to theoven, and/or wiping sweat from their face without changing gloves, and two instances of trainees leaning with their elbows onfood prep surfaces (skin to food prep area contact). Prepared items like pizza slices and hotdogs are left cooking too longbefore they are replaced, tongs for grabbing said hot dogs and rancheros are not consistently cleaned so grease coagulates onthe end, and employees not washing their hands when returning from the back of the store. I have also seen employees eating inthis area while preparing food. Some of the cashier's prefer to continue their conversations rather than address the customer,and constantly eat at the registers. Their greatest strength is the friendliness of their entire staff. Never had an issue witha rude cashier, and they work as quickly as they can. All in all, it's a good store but effort /training is definitely needed tomake it an excellent store. Read more

I had a very unpleasant experience with a staff member "Joy" she was very rude during our entire interaction. When I apologized... if I upset her and asked what was wrong she blamed it on being sick. My thoughts, If you're sick during a pandemic why are youworking? As a server I know what expectations should be had when dealing with customers and her behaviour was down rightdisrespectful and uncalled for. She should not be in the retail industry. Read more

Despite the silly name. Kum and go offers a wide array of drinks, coffee and snacks. The service was friendly and quick. I?ve... never been to one of these before but this location is definitely on the newer side (2018) then the others in the area. Read more
