E85 pump is really slow. I?ve asked about it several times. I realize employees can?t control or repair this issue. I?ve even... called to talk to corporate. Inside the store is nice but, the outside could use a cleaning. Pretty bad for a new store. Today,I got talked to about eating a hot dog before I paid for it. Not very happy about that. We spend a lot of money here and Idefinitely did not appreciate it. Read more
Just used the restrooms but they were clean lol
Nice gas station. Has 93 octane and e85. However the e85 pump took me FOREVER just to get a few gallons
After being charged a different price for the advertised price. A substantial up price. I spoke to the manager and showed her... the item ands it's tag. She then removed the price tag . I asked if she would reimburse me, she said no. The problem had beentaken care of when she took the tag down. Not customer service at it's best. I will not shop at this store again. Read more
Drop my debit card in one of the pumps, called them like 10 pm after I found out & figured out it was the last place I went... through. They kept it for me, drove the next day and got my card back. Great customers as well, whoever picked it up and turnedit over to the cashier, thank you so much. Helpful & friendly staff. Read more
The guy that works alot of late night shifts never reminds me to use my rewards, & I'm a very forgettable person so I'd be nice... for him to ask, especially when I'm a regular and he knows how I am about my rewards.... & Yes, I'm aware that it's not hisissue or responsibility (which it is his job to ASK EVERY CUSTOMER if they have -rewards-, I got told the other day by adifferent emloyee at a diff. Location.).. I feel like he should at least ask regardless. Other then that they don't have a verybig selection on alcoholsshooters.. that's Kum n go in general though... I think this is the last of the 4 pump Kum & Go's. The new stores are nice but big, for a gas station this one is almost quaint... with it's always friendly staff and only 4 fuel islands. Read more
Charged my Tesla model 3 with the CCS connector. Used chargepoint app and Google pay. Worked like a charm at the first attempt.... 78 KW charging speed. Had a salad while waiting 20 minutes. Thanks for offering this. Read more
