Angela has horrible customer service. The card systems were down and she literally told me that she doesn?t care to put a sign... up to warn people because ?I?m done in 15 minutes.? This store has all kinds of stuff to purchase besides gas. It's right off of highway 65 so it's easy to get to and the cashiers... are pretty quick for how busy they are. Read more
This gas station might be nice on the store side but it is definitely not clean I work the night shift and there restrooms the... last two times I?ve gone there have bin nasty so may be a nice place on the day side but I?m not impressed with the night side Read more
E-85 is now $3.09 a gallon, 34 cents higher than regular fuel. It appears that kum and go is trying to make money from a fuel... that should be 20 to 50 cents less than fossil fuel. Fortunately there are other places that sell it. Read more
Their food selection is terrible. I understand I'm talking about a gas station but they put a pretty big emphasis on their food.... The salads are either Frozen or the lettuce is wilted and brown. If you want to order something half the time the person runningthe food counter doesn't know how to make your order or someone didn't do prep in the morning. That's not just this locationeither. We now have about 30 of them in town and they are all just meh that will do attitude. Good for gas and a drink andthat's about it. Read more
I have been coming to this store since it opened. Just recently they moved drinks around in the coolers. Now I can't find diet... Dr Pepper 2 liter bottles that are cold. Once I asked an unfriendly employee and she directed me to the liquor cooler. I don'twant to go in the liquor cooler for liquor so I certainly don't want to go in there for a soda. Otherwise, I have no complaints.The staff is normally very friendly and helpful The store is always clean and well stocked. Read more
I visit this station almost daily. Friendly staff and fast check out line. I often get food to eat. Whether it's a breakfast... sandwich or a slice of pizza, I have never been disappointed. I also love the pastries, donuts, cookies, raspberry flips, youname it, I have never had something I didn't enjoy. I can't comment on the gas because that's the one thing I never buy here. They have gas, snacks, and maybe one of the only (operational) free air compressors in Springfield.
