Apparently the computer had an issue running our card, we were told to pull over and come inside. After waiting 15 minutes in... the cold outside locked doors, we come back to the window to be told they can?t let us in after telling us to go inside??? Mycard has been charged and I?ve been waiting with no food at all, an employee took my debit card and walked out of sight to dowho knows what with us. Food shouldve just been given to us, this is absolutely unacceptable behavior and whoever is managingthis location should be fired for allowing this. Read more
Their Menu says one price - Her computer says another price - She tells me a whole different price.... "Oh, our menu is... wrong" She's rude, obviously they are stealing money and over charging. She also looked like her hands hadn't been washed in 13years. Read more
Service was fast and friendly. The chicken legs,thighs,wings and sides were great except for the chicken breast. It was... overcooked and extremely dry. Next time I will request no chicken breast. Read more
I was delivering for a driving app and they did not seem to notice me or acknowledge me for quite a long time even though it's... late and very slow when they finally did acknowledge me it's still quite a while for them to get the order prepared. The orderwas however correct hot and fresh and over all they were courteous to me when they did interact. Read more
The 5 star is for the KFC customer service. Not the kfc at the battlefield road location. There was a issue and still nobody... from that location hasn't contacted me yet . What's sad is literally use to eat there all the time . And when some one finallyanswered the phone . The . I guess was a manager that wasn't able to make decisions or even help but gives you false hope. Basically the yes to you person but is unable to take care of the issues. Thanks to cathleen at the kfc customer service. Is avery nice lady and has the can do to help you fix the issue. Again that kfc location seems like that don't care about therecustomers . But sorry .I only speak the truth . And for years had fantastic experience. This time was like (oh well)type thing. Now .I'm not saying not to visit or eat there food . The other day I was picking up some take out from here. I don't eat at KFC often and I was somewhat reminded why. The lobby... here is closed but my order said to go inside. I went inside and stood for 5-10 minutes waiting for service and no one came.Eventually someone else came in and the manager Jeannette I believe yelled across the kitchen to us all that the lobby wasclosed. I responded saying I had a pick up order and she then brought it over. Before I made it back to my car I realized itemswere missing. I went back in and got those items. Overall, I would appreciate little more care and thoughtfulness. The appsaid to come inside but perhaps they want people to go through the drive through. If so, saying so would be nice. Read more
