The staff was friendly and understanding, however the sandwich was bleh. JJ is one of my favorites, but this sandwich left me... disappointed. The bread was unusually hard, as if it had been sitting out for a couple of days (it scraped my mouthunfortunately). And I was missing a meat on my 3-meat, and I was without peppers despite the sandwich including it. I amdisappointed with this establishment. Read more

I frequent Jimmy Johns in Oklahoma, but stopped in Springfield while traveling. Food was good but experience was below par.

We arrived at about 7 pm on Thursday, July 28, 2022. I had just ordered nearly $40 worth of sandwiches, chips, drinks and... cookies at Jimmy John's. We ordered using the app and picked up our order curbside. I forgot to ask for spicy peppers to beadded to my sandwich so I ran inside and asked if I could have a small side of the spicy peppers to add to my sandwich since Ihad forgotten to add them. The woman working at the cash register would not let me have the spicy peppers. She said I had toorder another item if I wanted the spicy peppers. She said she could not enter spicy peppers in her cash register alone. I askedif she would just hand me the spicy peppers without adding it in her cash register. She said she couldn't do that. So my husbandhad to go back inside and buy a bag of chips to get the spicy peppers. He tried to talk her into giving the peppers to himwithout ordering something and she refused. This seems like a pretty bizarre policy. I can't have the free peppers that arealways free after I ordered $40 worth of items unless I buy another item? What in the world? When my husband went inside, afterthe woman refused to give him the peppers, she said, "It keeps people from........... (long pause)............ it's how we payfor things." Got a veggie sandwich from online ordering and they didn?t do half of the sandwich. No mustard, no sauces, no seasonings. My... ticket is right but the food is wrong. Also no option to communicate with the store other than to call and they don?t answer sounless I want to leave my work again to correct my sandwich you?re stuck with what you get. This is the only location I everhave issues with. It?s worth my time and money to drive across town to another location vs coming to this one Read more

Great subs, but I won't be back to this location. I've made so many trips here and the employees lock the doors before closing.... It is frustrating to drive from Willard to order 5 or more subs for my family and my guests and it's 12-19 minutes beforeclosing and the doors are already locked. Decided to leave a bad review after too many attempts like this over 2 years. Subwayor Mr. Goodcents got the business instead many times. Don't come here if you're wanting a bite to eat and it's almost closingtime. It's happened too many times and I thought maybe it was just a couple of employees closing early, but it's the theme here.I've seen other vehicles pull up before closing(while we were deciding where else to eat)and people try to walk in and theythrown their hands up confused as they should be. Wow. Paid like $20 for a sub that was burnt and tasted like cigarettes. Thought I?d try jimmy John?s for the first time in a few... years, but I guess I?ve learned from my mistake. Not buying from JJ again. Nothing but bad experiences. Read more

I have been going to Jimmy John's for lunch for a long time. About once a week at this location. I order the same sandwich each... time. With no onion and extra hot peppers. Today the made it wrong. No sauce and extra hot peppers. I checked the order ticketwhen they handed me the sandwich. I told them the order was wrong. The order taker got super defensive and said he couldnt hearme, I needed to speak up when ordering. Talk about poor customer service and accusing attitude. He didnt say he couldn't hear mewhen I placed the order. I guess I was in the wrong though. I probably won't go back. Good Cents is just around the corner.Good by Jimmy John's. Read more
