Went there 2 months ago and had an amazing sandwich. Went back 2 months later and it was one of the worst sandwiches I've ever... had in my life. Once I know a place is inconsistent and that it's a roll of the dice to go there, I don't go back. Why gamble? Read more
Order online, my coworker tried and it said he was out of the delivery area but mine went through which I thought was weird. But... I waited and after 30 mins it was still saying order received and not even out for delivery yet. I called Bc my lunch break wasalmost over and I expressed my concern and the guy on the phone told his manager the issue and I could here him yelling, they?reout of my delivery area and being all rude. Then I guess he told the guy to take my coworkers order since they already had tocome here. First time coming to a Jimmy johns, I expected to be told something about a sandwich other than what the menu says. (Has mayo,... tomato, Lettuce, onion, etc.) Ended up having to change things after we ordered because we just didn't know whats normal there.They are also unable to heat up meat so not a great place for your pregnant lady. Thankfully there is a kum and go that will letyou heat your meat up just down the road. Other than that there was a guy at the register who seemed to not want to take ourorder so he switched with the guy at the end of the line. He finished our sandwich, put it on the counter asked if we wanted abag and then sat the bag on the counter next to the sandwiches. My sandwich was fine but they were very under staffed when I went. 1 employee at 12 on a Sunday. Had to wait 7 or 8 minutes.
I absolutely love getting sandwiches with the whole wheat bread and avocado. Delicious! The Establishment itself looks brand new... and usually upholds pristine cleanliness. Read more
Even though I love Jimmy John's Sandwiches, I don't think I'll ever order it again. Ordered $30 worth of food delivery, 1 hour... later it said it was delivered but no food at my door. Called in and Luke said to call him back tomorrow so they could prove iwasn't lying by asking the driver where he left the food. Called the next day, Luke wasn't there. So I'm just going to forget my$30 and never call Jimmy John's again Read more
