Awful service! They messed up a really big order of mineAnd when I went to get a refundThe general manager Made it out to be my... fault and wouldnt do refund even with the recipe and my name in their book when i talked to a previous Manager the night beforeand everything was fine. blue hair'd manager with the greatful dead tshirt was very rude and i dare say discriminated against my wife! we were just... looking to raise money so we could go see our son in rehab. wasn't there with my wife personally but she had trouble telling meher ordeal during my lunch break she was so distraught. if there is a regional manager out their, i'd like to go above her headsince she is unwilling to show anyone any grace!!! Breakfast was really good. It would have been better if they had the advertised peach pies ready. 4 times, would have been nice.
They have the greatest breakfast, even though it's fast food it's still pretty good. The bacon egg and cheese biscuit is good... too. Read more
Drive-thru, burgers were special orders. Because they were "plain" and "new! Limited time!" burgers, I expected a bit of extra... time. The staff were polite and pleasant, everything was as-ordered. Only thing keeping this from being a five star review wasthe lack of that extra bit that pushes it higher. Experience was very good, but not great. Read more

Finaly Hardee's has the Double westren bacon cheese burger. I loved this burger growing up in California, but it is not served... here in Missouri year round. it is an awesome burger. 2 beef pattys, BBQ sauce, Bacon, and 2 onion rings. i can not eat onins somy burger did not have them. and the fries were hot. But I have to say the bacon was hard as a rock. It felt like i was chewingon pebbles. Hardee's if you are listening PLEASE bring this burger here year round. 9/18/22 revisiting this Hardee's. I wasgreeted as soon as I walked in. When I got to the counter an employee came over immediately and took my order. He was smilingthe whole time. He gave me the senior discount (I do not know if I qualify for it, and I am not going to ask. Thanks for thediscount ????????) I got the double western bacon ???? cheese burger ???? . And it was AWESOME. It was hot, the bacon wascooked right and tasted awesome ????. The fries ???? were fresh cooked and hot. The soda what can I say, it was cold andwet. The employees are AWESOME, I did not get the employee's name that took my order but he was nice and knew what he was doing with my request. This was an awesome experience.
