Ordered 2 subs today for me and my fiancee both which was messed up. First there was no mayo on my sub which made it taste... horrible, second the bread was so stale that it just fell apart, and third the ingredients were not fresh at all, and on myfiance's sub there was no spicy ranch, olives, or even cheese and it was supposed to be toasted but was cold to the touch withstale bread. We ordered online for in store pickup and didn't realize they was like that until we got home. Very disappointed wego here all the time but will not be back as we called and told the staff about the issues just so they know where they messedup and they said there's nothing they could do about it and the manager hung up on me. My mother bought two party trays. They didn't have the order ready due to the employee not hanging the ticket up. They did make... our order but it wasn't when we were promised. I felt like they gave us a hard time for no reason because as soon as they lookedit up in the system, they noticed it was a mistake on their end. Honestly the impression of this store is beyond terrible, I won?t go into full detail about my first encounter but know when I... ordered? delivery took about 2 hours because they don?t have drivers anymore & have to send someone from doordash. Anyways fastforward to TODAY 1/28/22 the lady who was on the line to top my sandwich didn?t listen to ANYTHING I asked, she seemed verydispleased & distracted. I asked for oil and vinegar & she squirts it ON the meat after being asked to put it ON the bread, shegoes on to grab lettuce that I didn?t once ask for & I had to tell her TWICE I don?t want that, upon finishing up my atrocioussandwich I asked politely for it not to be cut its only an 8? sub.. and it?s cut.
