I am at this Freddy's at least once a week every single week and they always make my order perfect everytime! I always have very... little wait time when I order as well! On top of that the staff is so ridiculously nice to costumers! I always get asked aboutmy day and get to have a pleasant conversation every single time! When we get to go to town, we strive to treat ourselves with a good sit-down meal. Tons of options in town, we (mostly me/I)... wanted a good hamburger. Mostly she wanted onion rings, and a good gentleman always gets his lady what she wants. Freddie's fitthe bill perfectly. Guy behind the counter wasn't robotic, actually listened and responded. They didn't just belt out our ordernumber and lay it on the counter. They actually acknowledged me as I picked it up. These are the kinds of cost-free stepsemployees in the service industry can demonstrate that enhance the customer experience. Food was amazing, the crisp-edged burgerpatties hanging out of the warm buns. Shame on me for not snapping a picture. This location use to be great, but the last couple visits, especially our last has been very disappointing. We payed $30 for two... combos with a shake each, the burgers and fries were cold, and the shakes were not mixed well at all, the meal just wasn't worththe cost. I can go to Steak 'n Shake and pay half as much and get better food. Read more

My husband and I have visited this place a lot and love Freddie's. Unfortunately, this particular one has gone downhill. First... thing I noticed was the greasy floors. It is a very big fall hazard. The young man who took our order looked like his hair wasgreasy and he did not have on a hairnet or a hat. His shirt was also very dirty. There was only one other couple in the buildingas customers when we arrived and at least five employees were seen. Only a group of four came in after us. None of the boots hadbeen wiped down and many of the tables look dirty as well. The first table we chose was actually broken. When our order came outwe didn't notice it at first because no one called our number. My husband had to go up to the counter and ask if it was ourfood. When we did get our food my husband's concrete was not mixed very well (see photo). I worked at a similar place before andknow what it takes so I know that this can be done and is not the standard. I saw one young woman that seemed to be doing asmuch as possible but seemed to be very unhappy about having to do all the work and I don't blame her. The boys club in the backdidn't seem to care about the customers or the state of the place. I'm very sad one of our favorite restaurants had declined sovery much. Read more
