On 11/22/22 My Mom had eye surgery. Meaning she hadn't had anything too drink since the night before. When we left the Drs. She... said can we grab something cold too drink? On our way too Sams we stopped and asked for a small Pepsi. We were ready too pay andthe young lady gave me the soda and said don't worry about it! This small gesture made my Mom's Day! My wife and I really like this restaurant chain. The burgers and fries are excellent, and we like the fry sauce. The frozen... custard is really good, as well. My fries AND my burger were cold. Also asked for extra onions and I didn't get them. People who eat after the rush hour should... get the same fresh and hot quality of food as the rush hour folks. Very disappointed in the S Campbell/El Camino Ave location.Next time, I'll opt for Steak-n-Shake which is much closer to my office and that does a better job. Read more
