Recently ordered a box of coffee for an 8:00 meeting. Ordered it the day before using the app. Got confirmation for a 7:30 a.m.... pick up time. When I got to the location the manager reported no receipt for the order therefore the coffee wasn't ready. Endedup being late to my meeting. The person that brought the order to my car when it finally was ready was very positive and upbeat,therefore this is a three-star rating rather than a one or two. Read more
i have nothing bad to even say to them. They have always been kind and always have made some amazing drinks. i?m not a coffee... person so when they had there lemonade refreshers i was in love and the works there always gave me new ones to try when i askfor ideas. one time i ask if they could only put like 4 ice cubes in my drink and i knew it was annoying to ask but they happilydid it and my drink was amazing. Waited at the order screen for over 5 min. I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew, the cold brew was orange (before the pumpkin... cream mixed). I tasted it before I drove away from the pick up window. It tasted like water mixed with pumpkin. It isnt hard tomake cold brew. Read more
I arrived at this store ten minutes before opening, while I was waiting patiently(silently) a girls voice comes over the drive... thru speaker in a condescending tone, ? we. Are. Not. Open. Yet. Can?t you read????? After informing her they were open in fiveminutes she proceeded to curse at me. She did this to the next customer in-line as well. I?m deeply offended and disturbed asyou know in this economy spending money on friverty like dunkin is rare and I can tell you I will NEVER shop at this dunkinagain I?ll pay the extra five dollars for Starbucks. I would not recommend anyone shop here because when they aren?t being rudethey usually mess up your coffee as well when they aren?t cursing at you telling you they are closed. Read more
Man....I hate to see the poor ratings at this location. We desperately needed a second location and while this one is new,... smaller and I assume understaffed as is everywhere, I've had nothing but quick, quality service by some cool people. I'm fromSOFLO and every beach morning I'd stop and get an vanilla iced latte with an extra shot of espresso. The Dunkin location atCampbell and Republic routinely messes up that order and I can count on a line around the block, waiting for 10 minutes. Thatlocation my drink was never the same from one day to the next and never tasted close to my memories in FLA that I crave so Igave up after 11 years of fails. THIS location gets their national franchise recipes perfect EVERY. TIME. So, even if they arebusy and I'd have to wait, or if they accidentally spilled some on the lid in a rush or they didn't realize the lid wasn'tsnapped on ... I'M COMING HERE. It's my spot-on nostalgia fix and ... I'm loving it. And hey, I get how cranky we can getwaiting on our first caffeine fix of the day but, maybe don't be a d*** to the staff and they won't return your energy back atya?? Just a thought. Read more
Sat in line behind one car and they were at the box for 5 minutes before pulling off. Then I get to the window and apparently... I?m not able to do 2 orders for one car. I?ve never had an issue with this before. After ordering, no one said anything to me soI just drove up to the window. They gave me the wrong order at the window, so I told them and then they threw a huge fit andwe?re cussing when it wasn?t even my fault. Then he proceeded to slam the window in my face. Terrible customer service.Absolutely TERRIBLE, coming from someone who has worked in fast food and always treats others with respect. We left with drinksin the wrong size and not what we wanted. I would give this Dunkin 0 stars if it was possible. We sat at the kiosk for 5 minutes before someone said anything, after... ordering no one said anything back to confirm so we ended up just pulling forward to the window when they handed out the wrongorder. The guy slammed the window and went in the back and was cussing and screaming. He came back asked if he could just us $10instead of refunding it. We took the $10 and left after 30 minutes of waiting for our drinks. WILL NOT be going back ever. Read more
I?m highly disappointed with the Dunkin? on Campbell and sunset right by party city, I went on my lunch break tonight to get a... coffee because i love Dunkin? coffee anyways it was 7:50pm they close at 8pm when I pulled through to the speaker box they cameon saying ? thank you for choosing Dunkin? how may I help you ? something along those lines . I said my order no one saidanything not were closed nothing so I follow with hello ?! Nothing so I pulled around to the window where there were 2individuals at the window . I waved to get there attention and one lady walk away and the other young girl with blonde hair theother girl had brown hair with a hoodie on . The blonde seem to definitely have an attitude moved her lips saying we?re closedwouldn?t even come to the window, started laughing that they refused to take my order or even let me know they closed earlierhorrible horrible customer service those 2 girls should not even be working in customer service if you can?t be properrespectful to the public I surely hope the other dunkin are not like this bc that?s a shame .
