I... can tell the owners are extremely passionate about their business and always go above and beyond to provide great customerservice and quality products. Their staff are always kind and quick to get orders filled, top notchservice from their staff aswell! Plus, I'm trying to be better about my nutrition and just started using My Fitness pal so I reached out to them onmessenger with questions about calories in the items I most frequently consume from their shop..they got back to me within mereminutes with the answers to my questions AND words of encouragement. I visit Downtown Health Bar daily. I love the aesthetic and the people that work there. They are always so kind and inviting,... the owners especially. My favorites to order are their clean energy teas, protein shakes, and açaí bowls. Their food anddrinks always taste delicious and look good. I love the location and that it?s so close to where we live but 7.00 for a smoothie that tastes like ice is a bit of a rip off.... It feels as if most smoothie places struggle with their ice ratios so it isn?t just this place. I think if I had tried it whileI was inside they probably would have fixed it as they have great friendly service but we were already home. The owners are absolutely amazing, as well as the rest of the staff. Anything I have tried has been so fresh, healthy, and made... on the spot. They actually care about what goes into their menu items, unlike any other "health" or "good for you" food stop intown. I can't speak highly enough of this place! I would recommend to anyone. Their menu is SO big and there is sure to fitsomething to anyones liking.
