We walked in and there was a short line but it went fast. We ordered and sat down. Our food came fast. I was very surprised the... food was awesome. It was the best burger and fries since I have been in Missouri. It was so good I went back for the next 3days for more. The employees were great. When I went to Culver's, the drive-thru was very busy so I decided I would go inside and order takeout. Everyone who is working... in service seemed to be new, young, teenagers. They were arguing with the manager, and the manager was very dismissive and nothelpful. The person who took my order typed it in wrong the first time simply because he assumed instead of clarifying with meif I wanted a meal. The food itself did not take very long to come out. I was handed my food and dismissed. I had to remind himthat I had ordered ice cream as well. He had looked in the cooler and stated they made it incorrectly and would make it again.At this point I was completely forgotten about. Inside there were no customers to help and all of the employees up front werejust talking and standing around as I was still waiting for my ice cream. Eventually after about 10 minutes, I walked back up tothe front counter to ask if my ice cream had been made, to which the person checked in the cooler and there it had been thiswhole time. A very rude angry customer came in pulling the "I'll have you fired, I want the manager" nonsense towards the very nice young... lady working. Despite how hateful he was she was very professional and kept her cool. As an employer myself I hope my employeesact as respectful and professional as this young lady did. I go here often for lunch when I work in Springfield. They make delicious food and I've never had a problem. But just recently... some ingredients were left off of my order. When I called to see how they could make it right, they went above and beyond what Iexpected. They were quick at making it right and I highly recommend this Culver's. Read more
Culver's may have the hardest working and professional employees in fast food. They have always been sufficiently staffed, on... the ball, and accurate. The sheer volume of business that this location does is not reflected in the state of the dining room.It is clean. The tables are always ready to seat the next patron and the staff are ON IT. They also have a menu like no other.Try the cheese curds instead of fries. Delicious! Read more
It's super clean and well-lit inside. Great food and friendly service. They even have coloring pages for kids. Parking was easy.
Busy night, quick line always. Food is always hot, sauce and napkins always remembered. You can never go wrong at this location!
