Drive through line was too long so I went inside to place an order to go. Two specials, simple order. Never been there before.... Waited quite a while I thought for cashew chicken and a chicken fried rice, but when it came out it was two cashew instead. Ok, accidents happen so they said they'd get me the chicken fried rice. I figured another 3-5 minutes for something thatsimple. 5 more people came into the restaurant and placed orders that were filled and they left while I waited for a fried ricewith some chicken. I asked for a refund at that point in which they said it would be soon and in about another 3 minutes itfinally arrived. On top of the bad service there's another thing that bothers me and mostly why I won't go back. Once the foodis prepared and in a plastic bag by the cook, the two people taking orders have no way of knowing what's in the sacks, so theyopened each and every box of food with bare hands and peeked over the food to see what it was so they could give it to thecorrect customer. Maybe 8 customers through the drive through, the 5 customers that got served after me plus mine as well. Ijust thought it was sloppy and not a clean way to handle the food at that point. And lastly, maybe others like their darkersauce for the cashew chicken but I found it less tasty and kind of thick. 3 pieces of cashews too. Not for me again..... Read more
It's a clean restaurant, friendly service, and really good food. We enjoyed the Kung Pao chicken, the beef broccoli, orange... chicken, and a side of noodles. The meals come with egg rolls and fried rice. Pictures forthcoming. The decorations andatmosphere is really nice. I recommend if you want Chinese food! Read more
Food was fresh and had great flavor. Very clean restaurant. Service was excellent. Had Lo Mein, orange chicken, fried rice, egg... roll and pot stickers all of which were great. Only downside was I ordered egg foo young and they were out. Ordered lemonchicken and they were out of that too. Maybe put a sign up so people know what you're out of. Read more
Went here on August 20 around 1pm, ordered 2 cashew chicken and steamed rice & an order of crab Rangoon. I told the drive thru... I didn?t want the combo meal but that?s what they served me. The steamed rice was fine, the crab Rangoon was stale Tasting and inedible but the chicken was worse. The white meat chicken was tough and obviously had been sitting around for awhile & thedark thick sauce tasted like burned soy sauce. They charged me $22 for this garbage. No greeting when we pulled up to order- we just got ?are you ready?!? yelled at us. Server continued to cut us off as we... ordered. Got home 30 min later and my husband took the soup out of the bag, the lid popped off and hot soup went everywhere andburned his leg extremely badly, there?s no reason the lid should have come off so easily and no reason that the soup should havestill been scalding hot 30 minutes after ordering. Would not recommend. The restaurant looked and smelled clean. The restrooms were also clean. We had orange chicken and sesame... chicken with fried rice and rangoon's. The chicken had been precooked and the sauce just poured over it. Definitely not thebest Chinese fast food that I have had. Read more
