I usually love Charleys steak and sub but I spent $15 for two fries and a drink and I paid an extra $4 for EXTRA cheese and... EXTRA bacon . I open my box in the car and the box is literally only half full barely any bacon and I?m like I?m getting cheatedout of my money . This place has gone down hill since the new people took over. Never in my life did I think I would have to say, ?don?t put... pickles on a Philly? but here we are. The service is terrible. The food is dry as dirt and no one knows what they are doing. WHYWOULD YOU PUT MAYO ON THE SANDWICH AFTER the meat and topping go on?! Who does that?! I love eating here, and do so often! I can?t help but feel like I?m overpaying every time I come! You spend over $10 on a large... sub and usually they don?t- but sometimes- they skimp on the meat/veggies.
