I am so disappointed and irritated ???? it?s 7:45am and I stopped at casey?s specifically to get a piece of breakfast pizza. I... don?t get to come this way often and I actually left a little early just so I could stop. Well appearantly this casey?sstruggles with time management because they didn?t have any. Not for another ten minutes. It?s just a little frustrating thatpizza is one of casey?s main Staple items so how do they not have it?. Let?s try harder, you would think all these one starreviews would be an indication that some changes need to be made. There were three employees, but only one cashier and a line ofabout 6 customers. Everyone was just standing around, except the manager who was chatting it up with the guy checking out. Afterthis experience and reading some reviews here I will NOT stop here again. Read more
I ordered two pizzas and an order of potato bites. The order was going to take 30 minutes to make and was anticipated to be... completed at 3:45pm. I arrived at 3:48pm and the pizzas had not even been started. I received an apology from one of theemployees as they said they were short staffed at that moment. I was told 10 more minutes. I came back 10 minutes later and theystill weren?t ready, they were just getting into the oven. I did not receive them until 4:23pm, over 30 minutes late. My potatobites were cold and the pizzas we usually enjoy just weren?t worth the wait this time. I can understand difficulties encounteredby staffing shortages and I am not an impatient person, but the apologies didn?t seem genuine, there was no sense of urgencyamong any of the staff, and the quality of the food suffered. Walked a mile to use the restroom for it to be ?just to be out of order.? This was so terrible, being that every other gas... station was closed. Scott is a terrible cahsier with no solutions to issues within the store. Read more
