Seems like every other day a sign is posted apologizing for not having the staff to work the bakery/kitchen so no donuts or hot... food. Very disappointing Read more

Stopped for a few things this morning and the lady?s behind the counter took there time doing everything!!!! One lady was... standing there while the other lady was slowly checking out guest and talking to the other lady! Then tried to help someone elseafter I had already been standing there for a while! The worst customer service I have seen in a while! Definitely won?t begoing back to this location again! It?s so hard to find good people! Read more

Was just in the store to order a footlong sub and the guy behind the deli counter ignored me for 15 minutes when I asked him... after already waiting 15 minutes if i could get a sub he said yes give him 20-30 min and he will help me. So I guess it takes ahour to get a sub made dont go to this casys if your hungry this is the west sunshine store it has had lots of problems it'smaking all the casys look bad I wont go back to it and I am telling everyone on my Facebook not to stop there. My favorite convenience store. My Casey's reward was $3.00 VUSE vape refills. I got 3 packs and the guy told me it was $3.00... off per purchase. He took the extra time n rang each up separately to give me the max savings of $9.00 instead of $3.00 buyingthem all together. He could have made $6.00 extra, but was an honest person who genuinely cares about his customers. I don'trecall his name, but it's employee's like him that an owner would want to take care of the store, because it will keep peoplewanting to come back. Thanks Casey's guy!!! You rock!!! Read more

So today I tried to order pizza from this Casey's and instead of doing what every other case he's in town has done for the last... two weeks for me when ordering pizza they told me I must download the application in order to get their promotional deal on the$9.99 per single topping pizzas. I'm very disgruntled at this because now I'm driving out of my way to pick up pizzas from adifferent Casey's location that did not require me to download any applications to receive the promotional deal. I'mdisappointed because in the past I've had good experiences here, the female associates have always been very polite. This was amale associate at this location that I spoke with. I am suspicious that he is just misinformed about the policy regardingspecials I think he may have it confused with the Philly cheesesteak large pizza for $13.99 that would otherwise be 15 somethingI know from their advertisements that you are required to download the application for this deal because there is a coupon thatthey must enter.
