Not about Pizza! Very disgusted. I went in and made a purchase. I had my service animal with me at the time. I got to my car... and realized I could use a bit more water for him so I took a cup of my own in and asked about getting water. She says .52cents. OMG, anything to gouge the public. This may NOT be at all Casey's but it certainly was for this location! I did notpay this, I left the place! I'm first off a paying customer and could have easily gone into the bathroom and got the water forfree! Go to Kum and Go when possible, they care about their customers! Once an employee grabbed a cup of ice and water for myservice animal after I'd made a purchase of water but needed a cup, now that's customer service and a company that deserves mybusiness! I refuse to get gas or drinks at a gas station/ convenient store that closes its restrooms because of the pandemic. I stopped... here to grab an energy drink and use the restroom but was quickly greeted at the door with restrooms closed sign. One morereason I stick with Kim n Go. Read more

Great Management and customer Service! They feel like "Family" to me! Tesla is one of the BEST sales clerks I've every... encountered! She knows how to talk to people, very pleasant and outgoing! Jeff, on overnights, is awesome too! Not to mention,they have GREAT Pizza! Read more

Not a bad little store. Always kind of busy but always friendly staff. I have gotten quiet a few expired red diamond sweet teas... from here and I mean expired by a few weeks to months straight from the coolers so always check expiration dates on your items. Read more

I went in to buy a couple beers after I got off work. Store manager asked for my ID, which I had left in the car. I'm 37 years... old, completely understand, made me a little happy. When I returned and showed her my ID, she reached to grab it out of my hand,and I held on to it . She then refused to sell me the beer because I wouldn't physically let her hold/scan my identification. My ID is in perfect condition, nothing worn everything visible. Why must it be scanned to buy a beer after a long day of work? Read more

When I placed my order, the guy on the phone was super nice. He even asked me if I wanted the delivery person to leave the pizza... on a chair and do a social distance. Then, when I left a tip on the card, he replied by "that's so generous, your driver will bevery grateful!" Once the driver arrived with our pizza, he did as I requested and even waited at the end of the walkway to say"thank you for ordering from us, bless you and thank you for the tip! Have a great day!" When I arrived at the Casey's at 2715 West Chestnut, she stated that I had the wrong address for my pizza. As shown by the... picture attached it was the correct address they just had not made the pizza. I had to wait for an additional 10 minutesbecause they had not even started the pizza. When the pizza was "finished" it wasn't even correctly cut. Additionally theydidn't not even address the mistake made and the gentleman at the front counter made a comment that I didn't wait the full timewhen I walked in the second time to pick up the pizza, That should have been made 10 minutes earlier. Usually I am happy withthe service I receive. I will be calling the morning to speak with a manager about how they treat customers and how the nightshift handles mistakes they make. Over all I love this Casey's just this particular staff needs training on how to correct anymistakes they may make. Read more
