The place itself wasn't bad, but the people were very unaware. I was there to pick up a door dash, it was simply a regular pizza... with bread sticks...nothing crazy or complicated. I ended up waiting 25 minutes just to find out they haven't even started it.Another 30 minutes later, I got up and asked if it was almost ready, the guy at the counter went "oh" and turned around andgrabbed the food off the top of the oven and handed it to me. They knew I was here and when the food was done they decided notto let me know. I only rate a 4 star because the time to open says 6 am on certain days of the week it doesn't open until 615-630. We sat in our... car and waited for the employee to show up she unlocked the doors at 605 and then locked them back we had to leave as we had toget to work.. Went there this morning 605 the store was still not open.I just don't understand why it's not open every day at 6am like the sign says. Read more
I ordered a pizza a few days ago and while I was ordering I told them about a negative experience at another establishment.... Casey's told me it would be about an hour and I told them it was ok that I would just hang out in my car. They called me maybe20 minutes later and said it was already done and they got it done fast for me because it was for my kids. The people who waitedon me name was Samara and Kurt or Kirk ? Anyways Casey's your employees are awesome ! Those 2 people turned my bad mood into agood one. 10 stars if you ask me ! Loyal customer here! Read more
I usually am the first one to say I prefer Casey's pizza over anything else and I've been eating it all my life. But this... morning I ordered a Supreme and found out the lady only made it a sausage pizza. I'm not happy and I can't go back to get itreplaced or anything so I guess we are eating a $5 pizza for $13.99. The same lady that did this is the one that gave us veryburnt cheese bread a while back too. Not to mention when I got there I watched her eating behind the counter with her gloves onand she didn't even change them or anything. I won't be going to this location anymore. And if I have issues at another one, Iwill just have to get a new favorite pizza place! Read more

I have always liked the products at Casey's but the gas pumps at this store have failed to reliably give receipts for the last... several months (I always go inside to get one). This is disconcerting for several reasons (there have even been long lines toget a receipt) and after such a long period, it seems the store management is not motivated to fix this problem. There are otherconvenience stores very nearby (that sell good products and whose gas pumps always give receipts), and my wife and I now onlyfrequent those. EDIT: In response to "the owner'" I can only repeat that this problem has persisted for several months with noresolution. I have patiently waited for this store to fix this problem but have finally given up. Read more
I love the team that takes and makes the pizza orders at this Casey's! They are consistently friendly and our orders have always... been correct. My favorite is the bacon breakfast pizza! I always ask for mine to be baked well done and it's perfect every time!When I call they already know what I like and what I'm going to order. They have a way of making us feel like family.
