Every time ive came to this location the food has been cold and the staff less than bright. Just ordered a 5 dollar meal the... tried to charge me over 8 dollars for. I love burger king and im always hoping for a better experience next time but it neverhappens. Im almost sure this location will have to go out of business unless so big changes are made. I waited in the drive tru for over 10 minutes before my order was taken. The food wasn't bad but the bun seemed alittle stale.
Sat here for 20 minutes waiting with 3 cars ahead of us got to the speaker and could hear everything going on inside with... someone complaining about someone needing to get to work. Two workers were sitting out on their car when we arrived...we justleft and went to sonic out on 5 mins..what a joke poor manager get some help... Read more
Was there right before close now I know how frustrating this can be it literally was 11:57. They close at 12. Short heavy set... guy with head set ignored my hellos until he shut off the screen and came out side for a cigarette. Very un professional. Ifyou don't want to be open for business until 1200 then dont advertise that you are. Taco bell next door was happy to help andwill be for future references. Read more
Just ordered 2 double whoppers with cheese. Paid an extra 4.00 to enjoy cheese. Got back to work and neither of our burgers... has cheese. They also got our Dr pepper confused with coke, no ice confused with ice and had to be reminded that we ordered achocolate shake. Total fail I won't be going there again Read more
Update: Do not order salad. Apparently they think wilted lettuce and cutting up a single slice of cheese and one tomato slice -... divided into six pieces is a salad. Absolutely slop. BK need a new manager or something. This is a fairly new store but I haveto wonder do they TRY to mess up your order? There's always a mistake. I hope the owner of the franchise checks to see why theyare having SO much trouble? Even through delivery service where it's printed up. Are your employees intentionally messingup? Advice to customers: Taste your soda and check all food before leaving. Last week I got fries that looked and tasted likethey had put cooked fries back in the fryer to re fry. Sat in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes at the order sign waiting to order. Honestly, if not for the concrete barrier... trapping me in the drive thru, I would have left Friendly staff, and they got my special order correct, good COIVD safety(masks and gloves on correctly ECT..). Read more
The drive thru is extremely slow. However if you have time to go in and eat it's not that bad. The staff is really friendly.
