Service could be improved upon. We waited 20 minutes before we had to ask a waitress to get someone to come take our drink... order. Then another 30 minutes went by before he came back to take our food order. Our appetizer (that we ordered when weordered drinks) came out with our meal over an hour after we first sat down. When we finished eating, we had to find our waiterto get our bill, waited for him to come collect our cards and he never came. We finally had to take our payments up to the barso we could pay. Asked for a take out box for leftovers and never got one. It was not busy, and there was no reason for suchpoor service. The food was good, but service not so much. Read more

The food and atmosphere were great. I had The Viking Burger, and savored every bite. I'm not sure if the restaurant was... understaffed, but it took quite awhile to get our drinks and our orders. Our waiter was definitelydoing his part well, when hehad the chance to pass by our table. The service was good, so I don't like giving a lower score, but it is only because it wasslow. My husband and I went for our first time several weeks ago for lunch. We sat in the ?bar? area. The service was fantastic and... the food was absolutely delicious! It was so good, we decided to go back last night for dinner. It was busy (Saturday evening)and I ordered the Boom Boom Shrimp tacos (same thing I has the first time we were there) and my husband ordered an appetizer ofthe Boom Boom Shrimp and loaded fries. My tortillas were cold and my husbands fries weren?t good. I waited forever for ourwaitress to come back, but I eventually had to ask another waitress to get her. Once she came back and I told her about theissues, her whole attitude changed. We asked her to just remove the fries from our bill, but I wanted my tortillas warmed up.When she brought them back, it was obvious they had been microwaved because the shrimp was no longer crunchy. Place is usually solid but for whatever reason it wasn't today. Waiter came and got our drink order and our food order then... ghosted us for like an hour. Three tables that came in after we ordered food got their order before us. One table finishedbefore we got our food. The manager handled it well and took care of us. The food was good so that and the way the managerreacted is what saved the rating. Will visit again and update the review in the future. Read more

This place is amazing! The staff was polite, professional and friendly! The food was absolutely delicious! The chicken Parmesan... was excellent, both chicken breast were cooked perfectly, and the rice/ broccoli cooked to protection as well! If I come back toMO the family and I will be back! Loved eating here. Gotta have some good hip money if you plan on going. But food was awesome. My steak was on point, and... customer service was awesome. For like 20 bucks you get five shots with a card that explains the flavor. Really good price onshots in that manner. Read more

In town with friends for the Moore Expo & we decided to try this place for our Thursday night dinner. I had the garlic parmesan... chicken & it was absolutely delicious! Meat was juicy & tender. Wonderful flavor too! The pretzel plate appetizer tray wasshared by all & was really tasty too! Nice comfy woody decor & not loud. Will definitely be back the next time we're in town. Read more
