This is an amazing coffee shop! The coffee here is by far my favorite in the Springfield area and they have an excellent choice... of baked goods. My favorite coffee here is Sam's cappuccino. This is a favorite ?go to? coffee place for so many. The coffee is really good. The vibe is light and fun. The food is tasty. My... only complaint is the lines every time I go! But they are fully staffed and efficient so it?s not their fault. It?s just reallygreat coffee! They also have a room in the back?or kind of off to the side?that you can reserve ahead if you have a group. Ifyou like fun vibes, good coffee and smiling faces, check them out. Today was my first day going into this coffee shop. I ordered a chai so it was good, no worries there. I am more or less... extremely upset with the way I was treated when I walked in. There were 3 people working, a girl and two guys, the girl was verykind to me but the two men working made me feel completely ignored when I walked up to the counter. And when I was ready toorder they were chatting as I still felt pretty ignored like I wasn?t there. I was unaware of the sizes of the drinks when Iordered a medium, I went back in to just make sure that the size was correct and the man who spoke to me came off in a way likehe was irritated that I came back in about the drink, which made me want to immediately leave. I was not expecting to come intoa coffee shop I have never been into before and have the experience I just had. I hope customer service is better for otherpeople because what I encountered this morning, was not it, and I will probably not be back because of it. Read more
Great customer service! Ordered the Afogatto but they don?t have on their menu , at this time. The Baristas? were gracious... enough to make me a deconstructed afogatto, with their very soft serve ice cream. I was able to enjoy one of my favoriteespresso drinks and get my day started right! The best way to enjoy this, imho, is with the soft serve not blended with ice. Theconsistency is very liquidity but the flavor is amazing. Read more

Favorite coffee shop in Springfield!! I normally get a plain latte and bacon Architect Burrito. The latte is smooth and even the... 8oz comes with two shots. The bacon in the burrito is thick and adds delicious flavor! The ingredients just taste high inquality. I just moved back to Springfield from Colorado where breakfast burritos are super popular. These are the best I'vefound here in town!Does not disappoint. The service here is amazing and everyone is very on top of things and kind! Lots ofseating and great atmosphere. Read more
