They have good deals, but food is always missing and there are hairs on almost every item. I watched someone rub the sleeve on... their jacket with gloves on and then make someone's gyro immediately with the same hand. Honestly disgusting. We used a coupon and got a meal for two for less that $10. Generous portions and fresh food. The floor was sticky, but so what... when everything else was good and priced right. (Need to permanently add BARGAINS to the menu. I saw the Arby's "deals online.That's not it.) Read more
They were busy but service was still good and food was delicious. They seemed short staffed possibly but the staff did great job... of taking care and communicating with guests. James was very friendly and helpful. Read more
Love the food. Unfortunately it's quite frustrating to place an order and then watch the staff focus on the door dash orders... while ignoring the folks who are actually in the restaurant waiting for food. I placed my order at 12:32 and finally receivedfood at 12:50, and only because I went to the counter and said I was tired of waiting. This was at the S Campbell location. Havenot had this problem at Kearney or Glenstone locations. Read more
I gave them 4 stars because they are great for what they are and that is fast food. They still forgot to put ketchup in the bag.... We had a child with us who had just been released from outpatient surgery and needed to get him home so going back was not anoption. Read more
we went to eat at arby's tonight there were 6 people working in the kitchen, none of them paid attention when we went to order.... One of them was at the register and said order whenever you are ready and she turned around and then started talking to theother cow workers. They don't even deserve a star. The food was really cold, the fries were even worst, not fresh at all. Theywere also vety slow it was just us inside. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! I'm very dissapointed, never going back again. Read more
The Buffalo chicken sandwich was only half covered in Buffalo sauce. The beef and cheddar was cold. Asked for no sauce on the... beef and cheddar. Repeated that we didn?t want sauce on the beef and cheddar at the window. Got it home, and there was sauce onthe sandwich. Both drinks were flat. The jalapeño poppers were good, but didn?t receive the ranch I asked for. The onlyredeeming part of the meal were the curly fries. Ending up throwing away both sandwiches. Read more
The beef and cheddar max is the best! Dip in some arby sauce and best roast beef sandwich available. Curly fries and ketchup,... a chocolate shake to top it off! I forgot the mozz sticks and marinara is a good side! Service is always great! Read more
