Just got done eating here. The three of us were super disappointed. My beef n cheddar bun was hard as a rock on the bottom and... tasted awful, the fries were also hard as a rock and terrible. My husband got the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was a joke,one little tender on the bun and his fries were rock hard too. We also had to wait quite a while to even get our food, I wouldunderstand the wait if the food would have been fresh but it absolutely wasn't. When you pay $28 for dinner, it should be worthit! The time I spent waiting for my food was typical of any Arby's I've been to. Long. Don't stop at Arby's drive thru if you are in... a hurry. The curly fries I got were absolutely the worst I have ever gotten from anywhere. They were small, chewy and crunchy atthe same time. Gross. I ate them anyway because I was starving. For the amount of time I waited for my food they could havecooked me a new batch of fries. If they were out then that should have been explained to me when I ordered so I could have madea different choice for a side. I ordered the French dip combo, regular size The only above average thing I experienced wasactually receiving my DP with very little ice when I asked for light ice. That was nice, as most places don't seem to know whatlight ice means or they just don't care. Read more
Went to lunch at Arby's # 699 on Kearney St. The man & woman placing an order in front of us was rude, hateful and downright... nasty to the employee named Chris. The entire staff was working hard trying to get caught up. They cussed at Chris, called himstupid and other names. They made it almost impossible to take the order. Eric the manager took over the register. He should oftold them to leave but he was very professional and stayed calm. It was all I could do not to throw them out myself. Chris cameback and took our order and did a fantastic job. My wife and I owned a restaurant and we would of loved to have such hardworking employees like Chris and Eric. My hat's off to all the staff in Arby's # 699, and especially Chris and Eric. Great jobguys ! ! Read more
If I could give the drive through zero stars a would. Very rude. Lady said her machine was running slow so she couldn't take our... order but yet took the other three cars money in front of us. Ordered a number 8 My food was so Salty once I bit into it I had to spit it out. I tried to call the store more then 5 times... and no answer. I wish they had great customer service also cared about their customers. Read more
I'm going to start doing reviews about all these fast food places in Springfield Missouri that have such horrible service.... Stopped at arbeys on kearney at 10:20pm and when I ordered 3 pies they said they only have 2 ID have to wait 7 minutes on the3rd I said OK I'll wait just let me get all 3 fresh then, then a different person came on the box, all loud and aggressivesaying they only have 2. They ain't dropping no more. But they had 45 minutes until close. But the crew member came out andapologized. She's sweet. Read more
