The pub chicken burger, absolutely delicious ???????? came out nice and fresh, juicy and crispy, and full of flavor!! Now for... the bad news here.... the fries came out like they'd been sitting around for about an hour under a heat lamp at best..... Andthe worst thing about this experience, I literally sat in the drive through for about a half hour!! Might've actually beenmore... and mind you this was at like 8:15 at night, and there was only 2 cars in front of me when I pulled in!! One of whichleft before I even got to the window!!! Not sure what exactly was up with this, but I saw probably at minimum 7 plus peopleworking in there, so for a drive through order to take 30 plus minutes for 2 people, and that many (that I saw in there..)that's absolute insanity...!! I don't even think there was anyone inside ordering at the counter, but regardless sitting in adrive through lane for 30 plus minutes is ridiculous!! Had I not been super hungry I would've left after sitting behind the 1car ahead of me.... that was just absurd... Thankfully the sandwich was good anyway.. lol ???? ??????? Read more

Trash I only went in because the line in McDonald's was to long. Now I know why this place is trash. Stood in the lobby for 10... min and the agent working could even bother to say the grill isn't on. Read more
If you want to go to a fast food restaurant and guarantee that your food order will be wrong this is the place. Should?ve... learned from the last time I went there and ordered the new pretzel burger and they gave me a single plain burger and a smallfry. Waited 16 mins for my food. I was the only one in the lobby and only saw two cars in drive thru. Manager tells me she forgot... about my meal. But it was not busy! To top it off, both the sandwich and wedges cold. I asked for a refund and manager didn?tknow how to issue the refund. In addition, I almost broke my back. The floor was greasy and it?s raining today. Definitely asafety hazard. No visible signs indicating the hazard either. Never again. Don?t come here. Go to McDonald?s right next door. Read more
