Literally everytime i go here theres some kind of issue. Whats so hard about just simply not putting cheese on a burger? Its not... rocket appliances, some people just csnt eat it, and when I have to have the same sandwich remade FOUR times because they keepmaking it the same way it kinda says a lot. Drive thru associate was very nice and polite. Food was hot and fresh which is hard to get lately. The fries were amazing!!

When I entered this location I already knew I was in for it. The line was moving very slow and staff were all over the place. I... witnessed a guy come back to the counter 3 times and someone come in from the drive-thru with an issue. When I did order it tookstaff nearly 10 minutes for a Biggie Bag. The manager kept going on about how she can't wait to leave. At one point there was astaff member walking around behind the counter aimlessly who wasn't even on the clock. The work area was A MESS as well. Papersand wrappers and a plastic bag were on the floor by the sandwich station. Total chaos. The only thing saving this from not beinga 2-star review is the fact that the food I ordered came correct and fresh. I probably will avoid this location next timethough. Read more

Stopped for coffee at the drive thru, the service was excellent and the staff were friendly and professional. The coffee is... pretty good here and the price is very fair. 7/20/22 ..stopped for lunch with a couple of coworkers, ordered right away and gotour order pretty quick and it was hot and fresh. The cashier was friendly and funny and very professional. Great visit ???? Read more

I really don't know why this Wendy's is so incompetent. They always ask me to pull up to trick their timers and then they make... mistakes on very simple orders. 9/10 times I go there, a mistake is made, but usually multiple. Read more

These mfs had me waiting in the line for 45 minutes? THEN when i got to the order machine they had me sit there for another 5... minutes before even greeting me at all. THEN when they finally asked me what i wanted they cut me off mid- order and made mewait another 2 minutes. THEN when i ordered 2 separate meals, they completely ignored one of them and said i never asked forit???.. when i went inside to talk to someone they all ignored the front counter until i left out of agitation from waiting foralmost an hour for ?fast? food. Also while in line 8 different cars left because of the wait, they were only taking one order ata time Read more

The staff at this particular restaurant are just there to collect a paycheck, and how do you introduce a new frosty flavor and... not have it available at 4:30 pm in the afternoon? Seriously. No strawberry , no vanilla , only chocolate. The manager doesn'tseem to actually care ,so why should the staff . We weren't offered any discount or anything. I understand that food service ishard work. I did it for 2 years as a young adult. It's not hard to get repeat customers when you are polite and nice tocustomers. Read more

Food was good. Fresh, well cooked. The restaurant was unclean, all table were dirty, trash on the floor, and trash containers... were overflowing. I reported, after waiting for my food, I asked the manager for a wet cloth to clean the table. I was doneeating, at least half an hour when they finally sent someone to sanized the tables. The restaurant was not busy and had atleast five employees. Read more
