The food here is truly high quality! Not many restaurant that one goes to where every thing you try really tastes good but here... everything really was phenomenons. One of few truly nice restaurants in Springfield area. I only wish they had more veggieoptions. Read more
I grew eating food at this place. The only tip I have would be to use larger portions stop adding cheap ingredients I know times... can be tough for a restaurant business but if you always serve a little bit of larger servings and spend a little more money onquality ingredients then you customers quantity would grow. Because let me tell you something folks will always be willing towait and spend money there before thinking of going somewhere else. I don’t see how they have 4.9 stars because what I got was definitely not 4.9 stars worthy. My cheeseburger grinder taste old... and the meat was raw on the inside but burnt on the outside with absolutely no flavor at all. The guy called me 7 times andrushed me to come get my order because they were closing, why allow ppl to put orders in at 1:20 if you’re going to rush themto come get it mind you they don’t close until 2. I've been a fan of Napoli for several years now. They have a lovely, cozy interior with a wide variety of menu choices at... reasonable prices. Service is always great. Booth & table seating, as well as bar area. Handicapped accessible, wheelchair rampentrance. Clean restrooms available for customers. Dine in or take out. They have wonderful soup, pasta, pizza & much more! Theywill seat you wherever you're comfortable, we like the window seats! Napoli's has large portions & amazing food that will notdisappoint! Wasn't bad. The pizza was pretty good, but kind of expensive. The honey BBQ and sweet chili wings were pretty good, but they... don't serve wings. I ordered 20 wings and gor 17 drumsticks and 3 wings. 3/20 get ratioed. Service was kind of slow they onlyhad one person working there and it was multiple large orders near closing from a few groups I saw. A large pizza, 20 wings, anda crispy chicken salad cost me $66.30 and when I handed him 67 he rounded up and gave no change. When they deliver they alwayscall you, then sit in their car and stare at their phone for 3 - 5 minutes. Delivery is pretty atrocious. They also don't carrychange. Parking is only on one side of the parking lot. They dont deliver after 11pm but you can still order take out. Read more
